1	What are the things to keep in mind while recruiting Female graduate students? Here is something that i have observed: overachieving, angel looking, females researchers are the most cuntish females in academia. Hence A good track record may not always imply she isnt a feminista. Plus if there isnt a 50% of females in the research group acad senate starts blowing shit.
