Thanks for the link, companies say equality but favour females, hire them in droves in the name of diversity and force men to adjust i.e take more load if you want to stay. I have been seeing a lot that females aren't getting along with their own kind in corporates, time will only tell when companies are filled with females significantly and how shareholders react to the performance of companies.

Thanks for the suggestions, the worst part was the load and targets of females in my team was managed by all the guys as collectively meeting the targets as a team was important in order to let the team function. Females got the slack because females and HR made the policies.
