2	Lack of response to separation agreement? Not really. We separated 4 years ago. I still pay child support and I've paid what I believe I should have for spousal support. There really isn't much else to debate. She's just a deadbeat. I might be able to apply for costs once it is done but at that point there wont be much point. 11	Lack of response to separation agreement? Pull up a chair my friend. I'm going through the same thing. All I want is to be divorced, I'm still waiting on a rely to an e-mail sent to her lawyer in March. She qualifies for legal aid and I've already spend around $8000. I'm in Alberta, Canada so things with be different depending on where you are located. I've been told the only thing I can really do is take the matter to court which will cost at least $15,000. What will matter is the relationship that you have with your kids. That is what you should really focus on, dragging your exs name through the mud will only sour the relationship with her as the mother of your children and could easily create a divide between you and your kids. 2	Imputing Income? I'm no lawyer but have been doing a lot of reading into stuff like this. In my situation my wife has no job and I'm looking into having her imputed with a minimum wage income.
