The doors of perception by Aldous Huxley is one of most profound books I’ve ever read. Not an easy read however.

Seriously, everything listed on that is a side effect of either being human or being male. Just meditate regularly if you want to be able to control yourself. This ADHD diagnosing just gives people a reason to be a failure / play victim.

Only for first few weeks, and less so if you are getting proper minerals. Just takes time to get the body adapted.

I think that’s an issue every young male faces at some point in time. Eventually you just run out of free time to notice. Although I’d be willing to wager you have some vice that is killing mental balance. Even too much Netflix/video games can have this effect.

This is referred to as atypical depression, where everything is just neutral. Often caused by dopamine burnout. Got any feedback loops you need to get rid of?

You meet a girl in a public place so that she can assess if you’re not a psychopath murder rapist. Make her buy the coffee and keep it cheap. You’re overthinking this.

Fasting gets a real bad name but honestly Ive done fasts from 2 days all the way up to 7 days and never felt better in my life. You’re body actually stores as much protein as possible too so you don’t lose that much muscle mass (as long as you continue to lift).

External rotations being like shoulder dislocates? Just summed up my post bench exercises. Edit: just googled, gonna have to try that. Ty.

You need dietary fat to produce test. You need carbs though for protein reuptake however. Aka need carbs for gains.

Keto is great to break from mould of blood sugar / insulin cycle. Blood sugar really does cry havoc on your system. It's a great eye opener, and it's good to cycle carbs as the end goal. Everyone should be fat adapted, it's just a better energy source that most people lost the ability to use at their fullest.
/r/TheRedPill20/06/17 03:47 AM
1

Not op but having high OHB enzymes in the liver (aka being fat adapted) you can still cycle carbs and achieve clean energy from fat. I was keto for six months and now I am cycling carbs and no sugar, never felt better and now I feel like I get most out of all foods I eat.
/r/TheRedPill20/06/17 03:43 AM

I went on keto for six months and lost alot of weight while eating at a surplus. Insulin resistance is real regardless of who you are.

Women in the fifties we're statistically happier than today, and a whole lot more red pilled. Men, we live in the lost generation brought to you by an abundance of liberalism.

You gotta taper back onto it, best to do it calculated. Just to restore glycogen. Lookup TKD.

Keep supplementing salts & potassium & magnesium. Also best to eat at a surplus first few weeks while you develop proper liver enzymes. Then you feel like Superman. Cheers m8

Eye contact is huge. Just don't look her in the eyes while she's talking for more than 2/3 the time and you'll demonstrate you really aren't that interested in whatever is coming out of her mouth.

Body language, body language , body language. It's important to understand that if you adapt confident body language it will retroactively change your mindset (over time). I really liked how the book 'how to be an alpha male' put this. I forget author's name but Google will figure it out.

It takes 3-5 weeks to become fully fat adapted. Being in ketosis does not mean you are optimal fat burning machine yet. I had significantly more energy on keto and worked on my feet/butcher shop all day, but it took a few weeks to get there. In first couple weeks really gotta pack on extra calories to make up for adaption weakness.

That makes sense then. Yeah dude big ups to you for approaching. Once you get over the anxiety it's way more smooth. It's hard to calm girls down and build rapport/comfort if you're projecting your anxiety on a presumably anxious girl.
/r/seduction12/04/17 04:45 AM
1

Dude you got over fear of approach. Let the success be that you actually approached. Keep moving forward. If need be, approach girls you might not normally find attractive just to get a feel for how it should flow when she is reciprocating attraction. Edit: also that girl who asked for help may have just been trying to get you alone so that it could escalate, once you declined you may have blown it, but it's hard to tell.

Coming from someone who just went from seriously depressed to borderline manic I can say all of those symptoms you describe are entirely accurate. Not sure why everyone jumped down throat to SSRIs as they weren't even point of the post.
