Wear what makes you feel the most confident! Lately I love wearing long maxi skirts and will wear panty hose or some thin base layer leggings underneath. My thighs rub together so anytime I wear a skirt, if I'm not wearing hose/leggings underneath, I wear some shorts for modesty (even when I go out to the club, haha). Watching "The Nanny" gave me a lot of inspiration on wearing panty hose & turtlenecks under dresses/skirts. Also, it sounds like you're doing more to work on your self-image by pri…

I absolutely agree with this and would like to add that although it’s hard not to get upset when seeing stuff like that, you have to truly believe and focus on the good men out there. Go out of your way to find examples of this (irl or online) to remind yourself that there really are good men out there. The more you focus on good men, the more good men will come into your life. Energy goes where focus flows so focus on what makes you feel good! :)

If you haven't already, I would recommend seeing a therapist to process and work through your past trauma(s) and help you t…

I agree with you except for not making deep eye contact. I mean yeah, you don't want to be like staring at him, but it is good and even important to make some eye contact while doing this as it helps him to feel your warmth and more connected to you. As someone who really struggles with eye contact on a regular basis, it also helps me to feel connected and enjoy the experience more too. I totally understand how awkward and vulnerable it can feel, but he's in an even more vulnerable position than…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
