The whole jawline thing... do you think Michael Cera or Lieutenant Dan Florek from the hit TV show Law&Order: SVU care about their jawlines?

Psychology is the basis for military science and marketing, I wouldn't call it bullshit.

The part about eating before you get hungry i'm not sure if thats good advice. I read somewhere that the feeling of being hungry gives some kind of hormone/physiological health benefit.

There are so many paradoxes in this 'manosphere'. I'm not 20% material, so until i'm 20% then fuck the rest? Be stoic, talking too much is effeminate, but you need to have game and control the narrative. There's an old stereotype about writters being depressed, so therefore is everything i'm reading on here some depressed persons writings? Don't be a workhorse, make a lot of money though. I'll add this to the countless meditations and contradictions of this fucked up world, or whatever. Talking …

I've been doing 10x10 150lb on the bench press machine, limited resources for a gym membership at the moment. Today I did a rotation, 10x10 150lb bench machine, 8 pullups, 20 dips. Did not feel like it this morning, tired, but still did it and it feels great. Should I try to do 3x5 of the max 200lb on the bench machine? Not even sure if I can move that. Also, pullups/dips not as good as bench machine & cable curls? I read machines are bad, but it's still iron which is better than bodyweight righ…

If all I have available is a bench press machine, would it be more effective to just do pushups, dips, and pullups than doing curls/presses on the machine? Feels like I'm more injury prone on the machines, think I hurt my elbow this morning doing curls on the machine. Did 10x 20 150lb presses and 10x 20 50lb two hand pully curls. Last night did 10 sets of 20 dips, and 10 sets of 30 pushups, with some 10x 150lb leg press/curls thrown inbetween. Did 10x 20 leg lifts on the dip machine 3 days ago a…

Her economic ideas were about creating more manufacturing and green energy jobs, but in reality she wanted to regulate energy production into non-existence. Coal industry was destroyed by EPA over-regulation, pushing america to buy chinese coal that is dirtier and worse for the environment. America has some 50 trillion dollars worth of energy under federal land that is harvestable from new technology, but it's being stopped, as the spokeswoman from the epa says to be a symbolic gesture in cuttin…

So should I just go find someone to beat the shit out of? Haven't been in a lot of fights.

I love posts like this. It's all the little stuff that matters, gym, water, diet, all crucial parts of TRP.

I agree that morality is a set of manufactured principles to keep the country running smoothly. But it's also just as important to appear moral, to appear Christian, and so on. Following the Christian principles is like a set of premade guidelines to follow which is a powerful thing. Knowing when to break them is whats important, and not just going full retard IDGAF, because thats just going to lead to ruin. Figure out what you want, don't be limited by some principles you might have been condit…

Man, having no positive past experiences to draw on saps any type of will to mentally incentivize any type of effort. Edit: ok one time, I had this shitty apartment, really just a curtained off friends living room. This kid is over with his girlfriend, they're both younger than me making out on the couch in the dark. So I'm coming home from work and walk in, turn on the light, tell them to get out. She comes back the next day and fucks my brains out. Hot girl though.

Can't share this with anyone, because it sounds so crazy. Think how you want but behave like others. I'm reminding myself of luke skywalker in a new hope where he's yelling at his old relatives about staying on the home stead for another year and he just wants to go fuk. Trying to internalize abundance mentality and focus on weight lifting and just approaching chicks, but without an end in mind "i.e apartment" and it's kind of cold outside for that. I'm overly self conscious about small talk now…

Mixed feelings definitely, testing the waters to see if she bites? She did. Still trying to get excited for the process and reap the long term rewards of self improvement cycles. Trying to accept the fact that weightlifting might not be healthy for me, trying to to find strengths and earn some type of accumulative advantage.

I want to post here and shit but don't feel like I've got much experience. Met a couple chicks, and by chicks I mean value prostitutes who take food stamps being here at least. The quote in machiavellis the prince "fortune is like a woman, you have to beat her to keep her under you"... It's like at least I'm not jaded by too much sex? Trying to keep my anticipation low but, yeah even flirting with chicks right now sucks because we have no place to go. Even talking to this girl on fb, I told her …

Posts like this is why I come here. I'm homeless, barely enough food, barely get 6hrs of sleep at least for the next 2 weeks when I get my own place. I still use the gym here, it just has a bench machine/ with the extra stuff on it, dip machine, leg press machine, and some cardio stuff. I've lost so much weight since I got out of jail a few weeks ago but yeah I feel the weight loss muscle loss effecting the amount of looks i get from chicks. I keep hamstering out of the need to lift weights, or …

Thank you for this post. Experience is overrated. I'm looking for a topic of study to master, and the thing that interests me lately is security analysis and value investing. I'm not sure who's money i'll be investing at the moment, but because of my life experiences, this seems like a good route to go down. If they build they will come right? Programming is somewhat interesting but it feels like getting into finance somehow will be a better long term choice. As much as emulating mr robot and ge…

Great post. I've only owned a bichon frise when I was growing up, and want to change it up to a medium sized dog. From what I've read a spitze breed seems optimal, I want like a pure bred amazing dog but don't have a lot of cash to spend. Whats a good breed with good cost:benefit ratio?

i'm so guilty of this, messed up hip/jaw both need joint replacement. I use it to rationalize all my childish irresponsible behavior. Not even sure how to get over it, its this pattern of self loathing/pity that I cant break. Its just reality, however I spin it is just fucked, everyone with just emotional issues I envy. Just went through 8 months of psych treatment individual and group counseling. Guess what? physical problems are the same. "you should love me even though I walk with a limp and …

i've been looking for some healthy snacks for work lately, ive got the breakfast/dinner down and lunch for the most part. Theres a vending machine with soda/candy stuff that becomes too tempting when theres no alternative. Did pumpkin seeds this week but i'd like to start some kind of protein shake routine.

I can't fuck good because I'm 25 and need hip replacement (next month or so). Never learned how to fuck, only good sex I've had was 3 drunks girls riding my dick. All I can think about is fucking a girl so hard she falls into a coma. I'm not bad looking, I'm confident and have that zest or charm whatever but since I stopped drinking I'm not sure how to proceed. Buy sex toys.. Or a swing? There are some seriously hot girls interested in me, but I'm purposely not escalating because I'll end up rui…

I can relate to this a lot. No matter what happens, I'm in control of my response even though it doesn't always feel like it. Life unavoidably has people who try to get a reaction, to get me emotionally invested in some exchange. Even knowing this, I'm almost incapable of not responding verbally.

Off topic a bit- When flirting with a plate, how should I react when she playfully pushes me in response to something I say? Earlier today plate is walking with me, she asks me to hold her water bottle while she gets her phone out. I reluctantly agreed because she was holding a sweatshirt in other hand, but I say "ok, but hurry up I'm not your water caddy" r something an she pushes me and laughs. I flinched a bit which didn't seem the right response. Do I push her back?

Good advice, sometimes it feels counter intuitive. Philosophy tells you to be selfless, so then I feel guilty for being selfish.

Okay, so I have RA and f'd up hip. I've been working out and whatever but it can still use some help. Effects posture and everything, putting off joint replacement as long as possible but I'm going to get prescribed adderall so I can walk straighter and more composed, even if it requires amphetamines.
