Tbh, Idk if you’re aware of this but LA has a dumbfounded amount of homeless people rn, NY and LA both had a lot of people moving out since covid started to now even. I’m 3/hrs away from Seattle, hoping to move there soon, I’m confident I’ll do better there with women then where I’m currently at, I’d say urs 50/50 male/female ratio, and no personal income tax, how much u pay for rent btw 😂
