For me this is a tough one. I think there's something called the Mainstream that tends to have the double standard. I do think it's somewhat different from the feminist lobby. I'd like to understand: why are feminists supposed to have an outcry when women do bad things? Are they responsible not only for pointing out bad male behavior but everybody's behavior? Why should they? Do MRAs jump on guys who rape women?

Sounds like they will be limiting the site to medical issues. Can't quite wrap my head around this. Is this why Dean left, this major change?

There's a posting here today called "You Should Know You're Being watched", about essentially making a list of MRAs (and others). I predict a Bannable List already exists or will shortly exist at feminist subs. The problem maybe is in the style of enforcement of sub aims. Subs like this one don't ban much, if a femmie comes over here she gets to get asskicked by comments. But femmies don't do direct confrontation, it's not their culture, they want to protect their members from having to do that,…

You mean gouge, and that is a predictable outcome of seeing something that makes your brain holler No No No. Maybe better to only peek once a month if you have to go there at all?

This is tragic. I have a friend this happened to. Please be reasonable and persistent. Do not give up.

Trump is that little fellow in the top hat in the game of Monopoly. Mr. Capitalism. His chances are about the same as Gumbie's. Better, because I might vote for Gumbie.

To the doubters, look, I learned something here so it's not all bad. All vaginas are a size 11!

Haha, you're a prophet! I won't link there but proof of your prophecy is found by googling "John Russell Houser" and "XX Factor". The only thing you did wrong was not say the magic word "Slate".

This makes sense on grounds of potential effectiveness. The whole family law industry came to a conclusion a few decades ago that in the threeway situation of father, mother, and children in a divorce, the best interests of the children were to be paramount. This bias (and I don't mean that in the sense of pernicious) is even stronger today. But it's my impression many fathers don't understand that this is the ONLY way to frame the issue in court. It's not supposed to be about the father OR the …

Did not know about that, thanks. I know some Russian so read the cyrillic of the threatener as Andrei Yezhov and he comes up in the Brietbart comments as a supporter of some guy named Arthur Chu. Was this guy arrested? He doesn't seem to have even hidden his ID.

How are we supposed to take this? This gal called for the castration of men not too long ago! She was corrected strongly, then we heard she committed suicide, now she's back supporting MRAs. Wot, has she had a religious conversion?

That guy...I hardly know what to say. Marriage if it means anything means monogamy. "Open marriage" never worked. Feminists want to get rid of marriage, I thought. The confusion, it burns.

You will be missed, Mr. Esmay. Is it wrong to want to knowe why you have left AVFM so suddenly? Wot's this mean then? "Unless there is some serious issue of life and limb that requires grand drama, it's never a good idea to air philosophical and personal conflicts publicly." http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sn4eib

There are couple of differences in Ms. Bitch's approach. First, "Kill all men" is a general statement. No specifics at all. But "Shoot" somebody is very specific and takes people straight to the actual shooting events we (at least in the US) are all reeling from. Second, "In the Face" is also very specific, and drips venom. I don't like it ( I don't like the feminists version either).

The women seem to have beaten up an "auto driver" who was harassing them? I don't think "molest" means "rape" in India, it's more like "bother" or "harass". No sign they were attempting rape so I'd call this a misleading title. Of course rape laws should apply to women who rape also. It's just that this doesn't seem to be evidence of women attempting to rape a man.

In fairness, that Gearhardt 10% chestnut is from 1981. Elam is writing right now, and giving feminists a lot more current quotes to use against us than we have with this 34 year old single quote. The Elam article from AVFM this week about how Cosby's 40 accusers are all liars who were just trading "gash for stash" is pretty sickening.

Brianna Wu is transgender? I give up. Who knows where she is coming from. Men who are bitter at being treated as betas? Men who don't fit in? Men who are afraid of being harmed by men? Men who live as women and who get pissed off when they see just how much women are treated as inferiors? Men who call themselves lesbians? I can't follow all this. All I have is common sense.

Ok relaxing, but -- ensuring distributive fairness by reducing women's education? What kind of value does an article like this have?

Right. Right. Why are men committing 94% of crimes. Why is crime punished by segregation from society. Why do we lose so many human lives. Incareceration cinches the deal. Men become what they were accused of. How do we break this cycle. How stop the violence and treat those who couldn't stop.

Yes, the figures are proportional, but I agree with OP that the fantastic overrepresentation of men in prison makes it an urgent issue. This article points out that prison is lethal among all its other unhealthy features. Prison is a place to put men.

Hm...it was quite a victory. In a few years the women may attract as much money and as great an audience. Let's be done with this shit and say that basic math will pay the women as much as the men at that point.

Looks to me like he came up to her from behind, grabbed her, and she started struggling to get free. He bound both hands but she got one free and tried to take a swing upon which he decked her. I'd say when he grabbed her and when he was holding her hands that was starting the fight and that her attempt to swing was her trying to defend herself. Seems like a fair arrest from just the video. Surveillance videos leave a lot open though. It would help to be a lipreader.

Lauren is an example of something important. Linear paradigms aren't working any more. "So either MJ or communist this year" works as well as the tradcon line. Bet Lauren has other opinions that aren't tradcon. It's not ez to choose a party line any more, because we all have different view on different things. Like I don't know what to think od slutwalks. Feminist BS? Attempts of women to explain themselves to men? To draw us together? Who knows?

She makes some fair points, but she's wrong that it's benevolent sexism. This kid thinks white women are property. He did it for white men's "property rights". Baaaad idea.
