1	Knoxville woman charged with raping a minor. Where's the feminist outcry? For me this is a tough one. I think there's something called the Mainstream that tends to have the double standard. I do think it's somewhat different from the feminist lobby. I'd like to understand: why are feminists supposed to have an outcry when women do bad things? 1	Should father's rights be reframed as children's rights? This makes sense on grounds of potential effectiveness. The whole family law industry came to a conclusion a few decades ago that in the threeway situation of father, mother, and children in a divorce, the best interests of the children were to be paramount. The women seem to have beaten up an "auto driver" who was harassing them? I don't think "molest" means "rape" in India, it's more like "bother" or "harass". No sign they were attempting rape so I'd call this a misleading title. Of course rape laws should apply to women who rape also. He bound both hands but she got one free and tried to take a swing upon which he decked her. I'd say when he grabbed her and when he was holding her hands that was starting the fight and that her attempt to swing was her trying to defend herself. Seems like a fair arrest from just the video.
