-1	I finally approached her at the gym. I don't ever approach at the gym for those reasons, but this girl is literally physically what I want from a girl. Plus also dealing with a recent breakup and trying to move on. It's not often I see a girl that is so hot I want to approach but this girl is. I don't know how to develop outcome independence. Whenever I "lose" a girlfriend, I think about all the shit I'm losing, missing out on her, her seeing/being with new guys, what she's doing, it's such a beta/shit mindframe yet I don't know how to get out of it.
