| 4 | Being functionalWent through a very similar situation and it took me about 9 months to really get on my feet. Had some happy and very unhappy days in there, made a lot of life changes - the positive ones I kept, the negative ones I learned from. A good therapist meant the world to me - just make sure that if it doesn’t feel like a fit you walk out and try to find a new one.
