Yeah no, it's not actually free. You're still paying for it. The fact that it's payed with taxes doesn't mean its free or even cheaper. Besides, that free healthcare isn't exactly working out great. People are actually dying while waiting for emergency care. For example cancer patients who have to wait months for surgery and just die instead. So it's not exactly great value for money since you have the highest marginal taxrate in the world.

No it doesn't. If you set a minimum price on cars, cars that are cheaper will not be sold. If you set a minimum price on labor, cheap labor will not be sold. I.e. poor, low skilled peoples will not be able to sell their work. And of course it doesn't enhance economic growth, why would setting a minimum price on labor improve economic growth, that's just silly.
