Before they were created (around 50 years ago) people needed a reason to divorce. Marriage was treated more like a standard legal contract with penalties for the person breaking it. 5	my girlfriends uncle, a beta tale. I've met the guy, he's a good man. He's the type we always like they make fun of, but in reality, guys like this made society work, taking care of children left behind by someone and raising them to be respectable members of society.
