1	More than a Womens' problem I've literally had a boss grab my ass and then been told that "that's a serious accusation" and for years I've been embarrassed to talk about it and have been made to feel like I've lied. And it's bullshit that it's okay for women to feel that way when they just try to open up about how wrong it is. How is it obvious that "everyone knows this" when that boss still has the same job and I had to leave years ago because I felt uncomfortable. This is about much more than what we speculate happens in Hollywood, it just sparked me to open up about sexual harrassment in the world around us.
