Reality check ...being friends and care about each other is temporary...when other romantic partners will get involve ever…

It's maybe time to play the hard game, mate...if she wants out, it's for her to move out and initiate the divorce ... let her come with her proposal first and respond accordingly.

Mate, she won't be good being single .As soon as you separate, she will find someone "she just met." It seems she cheated before even if she claims it was just an EA .Your wife is most likely resentful of not only the intimacy issues but also of the difference in status or pay.In her line of work, she must be meeting other higher value men (if it really means something)of similar status and pay as her and might be thinking she can do better But you also can do better .Play the long game. If you …

In the meantime, she will look for plan B, or maybe plan B is already here and is waiting in the corner for the 6 months mark.Look for your own exit strategy, protect your finances, and be prepared to.meet plan B in the corner.Good luck.

"Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet"...don' be so hasty, don't show immediate intention. Try to find financial stability first .... make her get a job let her work.... remember child support and alimony will f**k you up... Then you can let loose
