I don't know if I should update the original post or just add comments but I have some fresh news. The goal is to make her sign the divorce as she was the one asking for it and of course in that document it says she doesn't want any % of my income, she will only receive like $ 3,000 in terms on compensation. I convinced her that this is the best option because she will only need to sign the document and nobody is going to bother her again, I will take care of the lawyers and going to court to ac…

She is at home all the time and I work a lot, so I am at disadvantage. The lawyer and I think of a way to make this quick. I just need to survive the week.

Unfortunately you need to be married to give legal protection to your loved one. This is changing but meanwhile we don't have many options

She doesn't have access to anything because she didn't care about the bills anyway. I never gave her an account to her name, so I am the one with access to the accounts and I carry with me my debit and credit cards all the time . She said she doesn't want anything that everything is mine since I was the one doing all the hard work. I won't play with this, I will giver what is rightfully hers.

I just saw a therapist (we have been on couple therapy for over a month) even the therapist recommended me to avoid having kids and if that if I really want to be with her it will take years of therapy. I will speak with her about sleeping in separated rooms tonight, I see a lot of "I'm sorry" and crying coming. I hope to be strong guys. Wish me luck (she knows how to manipulate me)

This is my biggest fear. Now I am making enough money to buy me a nice house (with the help of the bank of course), just yesterday she got her period so I am on the clear. Damn! It's so friking hard, I always have been a fighter and don't like to give up, I just keep working and making things happen, but with this, it's like I am betraying myself If I give up. We as men are teached to be the strong ones, the problem solver, the man with the answers. I feel like a failure because I didn't choose …

Just yesterday I told her." It doesn't exist even the minimum possibility that we can work on agreements and live a life that matches of what we both want in life? Not only the way that you think a marriage should be?" Her response : " What I want isn't bad, it's not wrong to want a husband that cares only for me" Is that even possible ? A man that only cares a bout his wife without taking care of his parents, siblings, family, friends and having his own hobbies. She always says that I am the se…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
