Why are you ignoring the point they brought up?

Yeah, this exactly. My thought process would be: Has this guy been accused of sexual assault in the past? If he is covering his ass because he thinks I would falsely accuse him, why is he even having sex with me? I’m feeling a bit insulted If for whatever reason during sex I explicitly say no and want to stop, I’d feel nervous that he’s using this app to relinquish his responsibility of sexual communication

Well, as a woman you’re constantly being told that you’re only valued for sex. Outside of the fact that women do crave and can enjoy sex, many of them don’t believe that they could be abstinent and find a relationship, especially if they’re not religious themselves. I think when women complain about men being bad at sex it’s more about the lack of effort or desire to please them. Like if a man knows that most women don’t get off from PIV, why don’t they put more effort into foreplay, oral sex, e…

No, no, you’re supposed to be religious, but not when it impedes them! You’re supposed to be a homemaker and loving mother, but not worry about what will happen to yourself and your children if you were to break up.

I literally just googled it too and it says that men rarely seek custody of their children

Yep, never had that thought before LOL. “Wow, this woman who has no financial security or housing and is suffering the mental and physical ramifications of that is happy with no ring, aww” This just seems so devoid of empathy for these people. This couple is going through one of the hardest things you can, and this guys first instinct is to rate the woman’s attractiveness, joke about them eating cat food, and use them to justify his own worldview.

It seems OP has no understanding of homelessness and the nightmare it is. Somehow I don’t foresee OP giving away all his belongings and willingly living on the street now that he’s seen a tiny snippet of how happy this couple is.

I wash my sheets weekly, I can’t imagine going a month tbh. Do you shower before bed? Your sheets get dirty pretty quickly if you don’t. Plus sweating in your bed/bodily fluids if you’re intimate

Men talk the same way about women who try to force relationships onto them. Desperation is an unattractive trait in both genders. And just by its nature it suggests that you’re undesirable. “People have sex naturally and enthusiastically all the time, but you have PAY for it for someone to be willing to do it with you.”

Do you think this might be a self fulfilling prophecy? You dislike women and think they have nothing to offer but sex… you don’t think that comes through while you’re speaking to one? I wonder if this “non judgmental language” extends to the women you meet.

Jesus, viewing relationships like this is just self sabotaging yourself and depressing as hell. I think most people looking for a long term relationship want a companion, it’s not just one attribute. Women aren’t only after money, men aren’t only after sex.

That has not been my experience with past boyfriends. And not my experience with the women in my life.

I disagree with most posts here, but I actually see your point here. I think even gossiping about your partner being good at sex is a bit iffy and you should get their consent first. It’s silly to act like this wouldn’t be upsetting for someone to hear, though he shouldn’t have pried. I do disagree that this is something that is only commonly occurring to men. This happens to both genders and id argue that men tend to talk about their sexual endeavors more often than women. There was actually a …

This issue is highly sensationalized by social media, in reality couples aren't breaking up because of small "icks" like that. I have heard first hand that men DO feel judged after opening up and showing vulnerability but I think that show of vulnerability is much deeper than a man liking to be the small spoon, for example.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
