Ah, yes. Both parties at equal disadvantage. Equality is a bitch.

Wrong. The most important thing is justice. And with any criminal conviction, retribution is part of the reason for punishment.

I think that a statutory scheme should be created where the sooner the misrepresentation is disclosed, the lesser the sentence. For instance, it should be a misdemeanor if an accusation is made, and soon thereafter withdrawn. If the false accuser voluntarily admits a false accusation, anytime before conviction, then it should also be a misdemeanor. If the false accuser does not recant, but other evidence proves they lied, they should be charged with a felony if the male is indicted. After a fals…

The dude is a piece of shit. I don't give a fuck what happened before. He could have said, "Fuck you bitch," and walked away. Instead, he proceeds to insult her nose, pour soda on her head, and then full on cold cock her even though he looks to outweigh her by about 50 lbs. What a fucking coward.

Please seek therapy. How does a woman engage in consensual sex, and then "mistakenly report that she had been raped?" If the act of coitus is so vague, ambiguous and confusing to women, maybe we ought not be so willing to prosecute on their mere word.

Any supposition or argument based on psychology or sociology should be tossed in the circular file. Not only are both professions female dominated psychology - sociology, but the standards for their studies are so abhorrently unscientific that any results are meaningless.

They don't turn them away. They either charge a cover for guys, or charge full price for drinks to guys only. Each is illegal under the Unrue Act of California.

Ladies nights are obviously discriminatory. Banned here in California. In fact, if you wanna profit from such discrimination as a guy, just go to a venue with a ladies night, try to get in, and then sue. You can get up to $4,000 each time the discrimination happens. You don't even have to demand to be treated the same as the other sex before filing suit. The act of having a ladies night is enough.
