4	Sleeping 😴 I’ve noticed a key difference between HVM and LVM is that HVM care about your sleep. Anyone else? My LVM ex used to smoke weed all night/ watch tv while I tried to sleep even though it bothered me having to hear his lighter, coughing and the smell of it. He thought if he was just more quiet I wouldn’t notice. I also would suggest he get a bed frame lol and he just didn’t care. All those little inconsiderate actions do add up. 4	Don’t give up: my personal experience with Seduction Thanks. I’m in this journey currently and I’m feeling a lot more confident. I am very bright but had low self esteem so it didn’t always shine through. I always relied on men for validation. I can be pretty seductive myself.
