For sure. My Canadian landlord even told us we could give notice and he'd let us break the lease as soon as he had new renters lined up.

You're implying efficiency == happiness while /u/whuttupfoo is questioning that implication.

When I cut out sugar I actually lost a little weight but almost immediately my gym bros were complementing me on new gains, take that for what it's worth.

Try going low-carb + no sugar for a month and see how that feels (keep lifting hard ofc).

lol hyperbole but keto for life I agree, feels so good to walk around at sub 10 BF and have unflexed abs.

not to be a dick but that doesn't really look like 8-10% to me...more like 12-14%.

Personally I prefer the life view of eating/living healthy in conjunction with lifting, not a big fan of bulk/cut especially since cognition and life quality can be affected. I've recently adopted the keto diet although purely cutting out sugar and eating whole foods is probably good enough for most, keto makes me feel the best I've ever felt (27 atm). Gl man! (also keto + IF is what I do, simple 18 + 6 for IF).

You can't go around unarmed these days. Did you make this whole post for one pun? Excellent work.

If the point of discussion and debate is to win people to your viewpoint, you do a terrible job of it.

I know "advice" is overrated but you might try keto...helps with immune system and hormone regularization. Gl tho dude I know skin conditions suck

Feel free to quote the relevant sections of the paper as well instead of just quoting the title as if that somehow is useful to anyone.

Literally my identical stats except your lifts are bigger than mine (I am super low BF tho) and I have zero problems pulling attractive women. As mentioned its not like they are lining up but once I get talking, you can just watch them start to melt. Enjoyable rush.

Maybe it would be related to how the women perceives herself...if she feels a little unhealthy but "overall attractive" maybe go for the guy who is kind of the same (obviously they don't understand the level of work to become strongman strong), or just regular fit girls want a regular fit dude? I don't know just a thought. Btw how did you find that photo of me.

If I could add in, if everyone's rolling around in the pig pen (to further the analogy) and you take the high road, there is still the chance that you lose some social value in that exact, specific scenario; However, maintaining your frame presents an overall gain, and those who matter, will notice.

If you were soooo devoted, how come she had the time and energy and desire to even care to start an affair? That's the line he's thinking of. That selfless devotion is what triggers her mind into looking for other options, not what keeps her loyal. I agree with you that there is potential that OP is not being fully honest with himself, however I can empathize with his side of the story.

What makes this bad advice is that you don't need it to work, and it validates unethical behaviour, which I know TRP as a toolbox doesn't care about, but some of the users still do.

Nice post. Pontificating on: “suffering breeds comradery ” I always feel an internal war between making the best decisions in the short term for long term gain, you almost wish you could have a friend with you...specifically in regards to special projects or business ventures...or other significantly painful short term things...but it seems you must persevere as an individual for true growth.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
