What do you mean by "accountable?" Obviously women can take tasks upon themselves. They'd be pretty useless if they couldn't.

I think people in general are a lot more childlike than we like to pretend. Women are just more open about it, certainly among themselves.

I probably wouldn't employ my friends or family, and if I would it would be a rather horizontal arrangement. Otherwise things will change with them for the worse. That's just how the human mind works. Equal work gets equal rewards.

Even better when you receive 60% or more of the value while the woman is getting 40% or less. Why? Simply because you will never lose. Then you're playing the same game as the value-sucking female. She should leave you for that. If she doesn't, it's only because you've outsmarted her. Why would you be in a relationship with someone you have to trick?
