7	Truth. Hearsay is reporting something that someone said/wrote/whatever outside of court, in support of the allegation. Like if someone else had testified and said "he said he raped her", that would be hearsay. It's reporting what someone said it of court. So this is an unproven allegation, not hearsay. Doesn't make it more valid, just means it is admissable. Don't actually have an opinion on whether it happened - nobody but them knows.
