Ive swallowed last year and am currently 19. My main issue is social anxiety but its something I've improved on significantly. Im also a freshmen in college and like you said, am also lucky to discover the pill at this ripe age. Do you have any tips?

Alright so i was in the same predicament you're in. My whole social circle also smokes profusely as well and the best thing to do is to keep yourself occupied. I did this by lifting and working out. After the first two weeks, you'll notice the positives of not smoking and be mentally disciplined to not go back to it if you don't want to. Good Luck!
