It's the whole thing about letting kids express themselves. They tried enforcing dress codes here too, but dropped it because basically everyone became irate at it. Kids don't want to look the same.

Even when the case has some of the most solid evidence I've seen in a long while, people still refuse to accept it. It sickens me.
