They have hover boards. Not skateboards. All they can do is roll around on the ground. No tricks, unless you think rolling is a trick. These are just kids and she's trying to bully them. She even said she doesn't have to yield to them. In essence, she's saying she's not responsible if she hits one of them. She then shows no regard for his safety by driving backwards directly toward him twice.

I'm gonna have to disagree with your premise here. I've seen plenty of instances where a small woman terrorizes a larger man because she knows she can verbally and physically abuse him without reprisal. He knows that he can't defend himself because she'll just cry abuse and get him arrested. He may not fear for his life, but being punched in the face still hurts no matter who does it.
