1	How does one go about getting an injunction against the mother to prevent your child from being circumcised? Do courts even grant these? Harm certainly trumps all in my book as well. (I was making an attempt at humor in my previous post) Unfortunately, religious lunacy seems to get special privileges. Consider how parents can kill their kids (example: withholding medical care and trying prayer instead). Parents usually walk away free or with simple probation. Grudgingly, some states changed the laws allowing religious defense... now for killing your child you might get a few months in jail.
