ive been lifting since ‘06 and heavy since ‘07 its a good hobby/cope, but it wont add inches to your height *, and wont fix a recessed jaw or unsymmetrical/unproportional facial bones. women are happy for a man to have a bit of muscle and be lean. and most of all, Not Short. lifting heavy actually makes you shorter after awhile, by about 1”, from heavy squats and deadlifts compressing cartilage and tendons in your spine. i dont know of any ways to mitigate or prevent it.
