Most states have it based off gross annual income. If he's making over a mil a year and CA does X% of GAI, then 200k is right on.

To a certain degree yes. But there's no diet,exercise, or amount of work that I'm aware of that will take you from 5'8" to 6'3". However there is numerous diet plans and workouts to take you from 250 to 180 within a year.

I think it's legit. He's in the USMC based in Japan, in the barracks. His statement about working with the dude down the hall is probably legit. Her being broken up for getting caught and then blasted is probably ruining her barracks rat scheme.
