-1	This guy says it perfectly Well first off, you probably weren't doing a great job driving, especially if the only bar is "I didn't wreck." Secondly, I'm not arguing about physical part of sex, people can be capable of physical acts while drunk. The question is if they had the mental capacity to measure the situation and give meaningful consideration, and blacking out is good evidence that's not the case.	/r/MensRights	20/07/17 06:27 PM
