I'd recommend reading that and learning the lesson. Not easy, but important things rarely are. https://theredarchive.com/r/TheRedPill/the-light-switch-effect-why-women-re-write-the.39386

Buddy, I don't know how experienced you are with kids, but your daughter is 1. One. She's not suddenly going to be asking for time with you, because she barely knows you. For that to happen, she needs ot get used to spending time with you. That how you build rapport, and subsequently, love. That's bonding. I'm not telling you what you should, or shouldn't do, but underlining the mechanics of it. Kids are born with a bond to their mother, that's biology, as a dad, you have to work to create it. S…

It's called PPL (Pull, Push, Legs) and is a very popular and efficient style of programming. Do the right exercises (squat, deadlift, bench, pull-up, press, rowing) with correct form (ask for check/help), plan progression depending on goals (number of series, rep range, weight increases) and add extra rest when you feel the need to (1 day isn't much if you're at it for months without pause).

Go see a doc to make sure you don't have physical issues. Describe symptoms, get tested, so that you are sure that the problem isn't due to some hidden condition. Then, Strong lifts, or starting strength. Start with empty bars, all over again. Really follow the program, frequency, exercises, weights and increments. The chances of getting injured this way are very, very low for a normal person until way into the programs and I think you probably suffer from unjustified anxiety (to be discussed in…

The book is an attempt at providing guidance to men about seduction without falling into the extreme RP tropes that seem to inevitably pop everywhere else. Manson delivers a largely non-toxic book, devoid of over-generalized b/s or assumptions about women, the world and masculinity. Good book, recommended.

Sounds like girls were like crutches for you. Sounds like you think they fill a void in you, like a missing piece. As long as you see things this way, things will repeat themselves. You can't make your well being depend on someone else and just hope, it's not sustainable. That void needs to be filled. Not by girls - though they play a part, it should be a modest one, but by hobbies, work, self development, personal projects. Block her, and focus on what matters for the rest of your life: changin…

"senior members (25+) " LOL. Read, discuss, observe, experiment and you will probably realize that male SMV is still fairly junior at 25 and tends to peak in the 30's or 40's depending. The actual structure of the community here is leaning towards experienced men (can be older, but not necessarily) helping out less experienced guys who have trouble seducing women or got horribly burnt by one and seek recovery (age irrelevant). Reddit as a medium introduces a bias towards younger people (tech ado…

You don't need to bother with complex routines, programming or cycling given you're still a novice. Until you start to hit a plateau and move into intermediate strength level aim for linear gains via simple training. I'd recommend Starting Strength or Stronglifts, 3 to 5 times a week. I'd also add Hiit and/or regular cardio to help expend more calories esp. on your rest days. And toss in some accessory exercises if you have time and energy, variety is nice, but don't go overboard at the expense …

Lost time is the one that pops most often but it helps to frame it as a learning curve that couldn't be avoided. The deeper wound was digesting and integrating that idealistic love and unconditional trust are fables in a relationship. Idealistic love: Being loved for what you are as long as you push yourself to be the best you can. Realistic love is opportunistic, hypergamous competition where being "loved" just means you're the best option around. See, what hurt isn't that I miss receiving the …

This is a worthy caveat (seducing above your league is hard, in terms of physical appearange) but a flawed conclusion (that's life, deal with it, well no, thanks). Many people here look at "women" like it's some kind of homogeneous collective entity. It's not. Each girl is a person, and though they do exhibit common traits they can also differ wildly, including in their preferences. Would'nt "rate" myself a great physique, above average for sure, but not a model. Well off but not rich. Yet, wits…

You kind of answered your own question but need an echo chamber to realize it. Fact: You are dissatisfied with your current situation. The lack of drive/goal is not something your are happy with. Your own diagnosis: "I feel the need to be told what to do by people or systems like education system, work, religion, military." Somehow you seem to be convinced that this is not the right way to do things. that you should be able to figure the answer on your own, but maybe you're just not mature enoug…
