11	My school offers a Women-only Rape Defense Class. A lone girl replied-all to the entire student body and faculty to ask why men are not allowed. Major Props I know young boys are often victims of sexual assault, and I know that when you include prison populations the rape victimization rate for men skyrockets. Neither of those are relevant when we're speaking in the context of college students. So unless your statistics are specifically about the rate of rape for men over the age of 18 and not currently in prison, they aren't relevant to this discussion. Since, generally, a woman isn't going to be penetrating someone when she has sex with them without their consent, they can't legally be charged with rape.
