I basically live at work, but I get what u're saying. U gotta find ur tribe wherever u go...I have at least one guy I'd call a friend from work. I'm cool with that.

You used the best weapon you had at the time available to u...your wit. Don't underestimate that. Also, check out some youtube vids on self defense how to disarm a knife attack. Not saying you should try it, but it'll at least give you an idea as to what goes into being able to take a knife away from an assailant. You might realize that you did a great job and not be so hard on yourself.

Indeed. the FWB have their place indeed, but when I want more...they don't cut it. Can't expect a goldfish to climb a tree

Dude, he's 17. At least he's reaching out to get more info from someone who may understand better. A touch of class and compassion says a. lot about a person...less about him, more about u.

He served u for when u needed it. It helped u to survive and develop. You don't need him. anymore dude.

Ok that's cool. Lifting is gonna boost testosterone too, and you're gonna feel clear headed and stronger by eating enough. Stay at it man

gotcha. You working out?

Instead of focusing on just any old calories...maybe focus on getting calories from protein so that you can build your arms up with hard muscle.
/r/askTRP19/02/20 06:54 PM

Protein dude. I stopped eating regulary, and my arms dropped in size and got flabby. I'm back at working out again and things are tight.

Get yourself an STD exam bud. Then, shit workout, meditate and move the fuck on. All women aren't like that I'm sure you know. You're a good person no doubt, don't let this define you.

Ah man, I live like a king to be honest. I'm mostly into guys, but it doesn't matter...it's the same. Having a foreign accent, access to resources which they don't have access to, creates an easy life that most are willing to fall into. Easy pussy doesn't even cover the half of it. My buddy's standard here for his ladies is plastic...meaning, big tits and small waist. They're everywhere. I'm an international teacher...so my day is pretty open.

I left the country. While its still a 9-5 of sorts, I love it. I live in a relatively small pent house with two balconies and roof access, drive two vehicles plus a motorcycle, go to beaches of crystalline waters just about every other weekend and enjoy the benefits of getting paíd in dollars while in a foreign country with a weak economy. The 9-5 (it's more like 8-4 with 3 and a half hours free time) don't even phase me. I've begun to use the extra time to work out, practice my music and write.…

Dude never get rid of ur empathy. This world doesn't have enough of it. Sometimes u gotta do things that aren't gonna "feel" good, but to protect urself will be necessary. That doesn't mean u should stop feeling.

I just checked out that sub, had never heard of it. I too share your disgust...I'm trying to figure out if these people are real or not. There was a post about a woman and some colleagues who sat beside a couple on their first date. She gave the guy shit because they were taking turns paying for rounds of drinks...she acted like the guy was supposed to pay for all the drinks that night. WTF? What if he can't afford that? It's still half and half...I mean, what's the issue? lol equality? ok. Anot…

What people don't seem to understand, is that a positive boy becomes a positive man.

Doesn’t matter...makes it even worse in my opinion. Unless of course they’re trying to make some deeper point here, otherwise they’re just perpetuating toxic viewpoints towards men and separating- instead of uniting.

ha! lmao indeed I'm glad the guy they spoke to for the article basically did just that and get the hell on!
/r/MensRights21/08/18 03:45 PM

Yea, I thought about that too. They're bought into the whole thing, willing to debase themselves for someone who clearly isn't trying to get to know them on a deeper level (at least not initially).

Exactly, as if it's some sort of badge of honor to make guys feel like a dumb ass. This also just perpetuates the idea that a woman is an object and has to be competed over to gain as a prize, which is completely antithetical to most of the arguments feminists make in today's society.

I've been to Nairobi and sat in on a few sessions for gay men. There are so many human rights abuses that go on undercover there. It's like if you're walking down the street, and a guy is effeminate, then the police may stop and search you. This is what I was told by the local gay guys there.

Bold statement...yet mostly true I'm sure. It would be truer if they said, "most everything" because that can at least be proven. I know that's not how these things work, but IJS. And yes...we are.

it's probably a badge of honor for him..."she loves me" and "gets jealous easily." I was talking to this guy at the farmer's market and asked him what happened to his nose...he told me his girlfriend got mad because he cheated. Still no excuse for taking one to the face by your girlfriend.
/r/MensRights09/11/17 07:18 PM

yea to me being told to 'man up' means do what I feel like a man does. I get however, that in general context people often use it to identify stereotypical male roles.

Sounds exactly right. The Girl Scouts need to learn to serve all kinds of girls, not just the ones who fit their mold. If they did this then all would get what they need, which is what being fair actually means...in my opinion.

There are girl scout programs, so why is there a need for a girl to join the boy scouts? I don't get it.

I agree...I don't think promiscuity is the cause either.

I haven't done any research or anything so at this point it's personal opinion. To me, because makeup is something extra that is added externally for a desired effect (whether the girl/boy simply likes the colors on their faces or the reaction of other people to the colors on their faces) the message a child can get from wearing it is that "I'm not good enough as I am." I say this because if they were, then there would be no need for adding anything extra to their faces for any type of desired e…

I guess it's the idea of seeing them grow up, which I realize is illogical. However, experiencing their growth and subsequent loss of innocence in areas ranging from their perception of reality and how they fit into it all the way to them dating...just my growth process I guess.

Ah ok...interesting comments. Another perspective I hadn't considered. This is good...so when my neices begin trying makeup...maybe I won't freak out as much! haha

My only thing is, I don't think kids that young should wear makeup...whether it's a girl or a guy. I think it fosters them growing up too early. However, on the other hand...if a kid was really into Halloween and making costumes...is it not the same? Just random thoughts on the subject.

Damn...I had a debate recently with a close female friend (an ex actually) and we had differing opinions. She doesn't agree with it, but I did. However, after reading this...I think I might have changed my mind.
