Sounds about right.

You're right we're never going to agree because it's not capitalism if capital doesn't determine whether you have a job or not. When the government starts dictating whether you can be fired or not it's not capitalism, it's something else.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 07:09 AM

Businesses are not going bankrupt in the US, despite the fact millions of people were fired and essentially unemployed. When things open people can go back to work as market forces dictate, not the government. Governments are not good allocators of resources on a nationwide level. If they were then the soviet union would have never collapsed. The way the US did it is correct, allow employers to fire employees as needed, pay them enough to sustain themselves through the unemployment period, then …

It's not capitalist if you don't allow employers to fire non-essential employees. More women lost jobs in the US because their jobs are less essential, this is a fact that cannot be escaped. You can pay people unemployment insurance, but you have to allow people to be purged as needed.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 06:58 AM

Socialism is not necessarily the same thing as essential. Yes, maybe they are important, but also maybe politically they're not and they still paid them anyway. It's hard to say really, that's why market forces are trusted more than governments.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 06:50 AM

Forcing people... doesn't sound essential if you have to force people to keep them alive. If someone's work is essential no one has to force anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 06:43 AM
2

If they were essential then those face to face jobs would be kept alive.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 05:24 AM

Yeah I agree that would be ideal, but feminists will be very much opposed to such ideas because they might impact the work-lives of the top 10-20%. Replacement level birthrate has to be the goal of any society that wishes to survive in the long run.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 04:23 AM

It means women work less essential jobs on average than men, no other interpretation is possible.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/12/17/economy/job-losses-women-pandemic/index.html The Covid-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on the once healthy job market, and America's women have been hit harder than men, suffering more job losses during the crisis. Facts...

Yeah, it's international, but corporations are international in nature. It's not a conspiracy, simply seeking out the most profit. There are exceptions to this though. Israel has a very high birthrate and despite this has very good economy. Women in The Netherlands are much more likely to work part-time than their american counterparts. I don't think women should not work, they should just not work so much, and companies need to learn to accommodate mothers better.

Yeah I agree.

Just like politics, human social interactions follow the pendulum theory. They swing from one extreme to the other and tend to swing back, even if they never swing as far as they did before. The majority of people are opposed to things like cancel culture, despite the fact it seems to be in dominance right now. That's just one example of impending change on the horizon. There is a cycle to everything. Things are always changing and it's not always linear.

I think it's too early to say so right now, we'll have to wait and see what happens. People were forced to sit at home way more than is natural and some introspection was no doubt forced down many people's throats.

I think covid has increased the relative value of the "provider" role even more-so than it was before. Women were disproportionately knocked out of work because their jobs tend to be less "essential" than men's work. Please don't shoot me feminists, just stating the facts here (women disproportionately lost more jobs at the peak of the unemployment). I'm sorry but picking up the garbage is more important than mixing my drink at starbucks, LOL. The only major exception to this obviously is health…

/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 01:25 AM

True, but probably only the bottom 20-30% of males are suffering disproportionately. So the suicide numbers are skewed by the relative undesirability and uselessness of such individuals at or near the bottom.

Yes well, I would assert that free will does not exist, it's a fantasy of our own egos to believe we control our own destiny. Yes, you can try to learn from your mistakes and be a better person, so there is the potential of change (not easy though), but free will is not a concept I will ever agree with. The deterministic nature of existence cannot be escaped.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 01:19 AM
1

Yes I'm inclined to say that feminism was about empowering the top 5-10% of the cognitive elites of women who were being held back by cultural impediments artificially negating their aspirations. But the bottom 80-90% of women didn't necessarily benefit from this dynamic. They just suffered increased cost of living associated with dual wage households and a constant pull between work and family obligations stressing them out. Work is not fun for the vast majority of people. And increased materia…

I'm well aware of that, but we probably disagree about the solutions. What I mean to say is that, under present cultural circumstances (unlikely to change in our lifetime) women are very difficult to please.

The biomarker isn't necessarily deterministic, it's one possible indication you were exposed to above average levels of prenatal testosterone. We're essentially talking about predispositions, not fate. There may be cultural artifacts as well affecting your propensity to be promiscuous or cheat.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/21 12:29 AM
1

First of all averages are dumb to look at in general, because they are skewed by the disparity between rich and poor which has never been greater. You should always study the median. Anyone telling me about averages is an instant tell that this person has no knowledge of statistics.

Just examine the fingers, they are the best indicator of whether a girl is a slut or not. The longer the ring finger is relative to the index finger the more likely it is they were exposed to above normal levels of testosterone in the womb, which basically makes a girl a slut and non-monogamous. While this isn't perfect, and there is some cultural aspects to promiscuity, it's a decent biomarker.

The paradox of declining female happiness By many objective measures the lives of women in the United States have improved over the past 35 years, yet we show that measures of subjective well-being indicate that women's happiness has declined both absolutely and relative to men. The paradox of women's declining relative well-being is found across various datasets, measures of subjective well-being, and is pervasive across demographic groups and industrialized countries. Relative declines in fema…

They wouldn't be wrong though... men are nothing but a wallet, especially in the modern era. Men are the true romantics masquerading as realists. Women are the realists masquerading as romantics. A woman's capacity for love is always more contingent and conditional (and therefore more easily broken).

I generally agree with this sentiment, however there are tools to leverage yourself into a decent (not necessarily totally ideal) situation. I view MBTI as one of those tools, especially if you are potentially dating online and searching for a compatible logician like yourself. I am INTP for example, which is generally regarded as the most logically precise of all 16 personality groups (and one of the smartest/most gifted in general), perhaps you are as well or within the xNTx "intellectual" dom…
/r/RedPillWomen11/04/18 08:26 PM
1

True, but not within the xNTx domain, intuitive thinkers basically. It's about a 2/1 ratio, if not greater, for the introverted logicians. People who are 'feelers' are also very dominantly female as well. Both my sisters and other female family members are feelers and all my male friends are introverted thinkers. So it's a combination of being more introverted-thinking and being less of a feeler.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 08:01 PM
1

Emotionality isn't normally an issue unless it manifests itself in frequent arguments and lashing out at your partner in an illogical way. As someone who is extremely logical I appreciate people who are emotional and sometimes enjoy their company, but not if they're a bitch. A good partner with a healthy amount of empathy should empathize with male sex drive and satisfy it even when not in the mood for sex. We want women who will care for us and nurture us as well. That all involves emotionality…

Because the greatest leaders in legend are always those who have leadership forced upon them by outside forces, who recognize they and they alone can lead the people to a better tomorrow. The legend of King Arthur and pulling the sword from the stone is a good example. Aragorn in Lord of the Rings is another epic legendary scenario. I have no doubt there were many alternatives he could have chosen, but the political situation may have been unstable if he had chosen someone else. Who knows...

I'm sure he had good reasons why he felt he needed to pressure his son to take over as Emperor, the problem with dictatorships is often in the line of succession, and in Rome's case if there is not a clear line of succession then you could easily have another civil war, like Caesar fighting against Pompey for domination and power. In life we are often faced with moral ambiguities that challenge our standards and often compel us towards duty and self-sacrifice, and that's a good thing. In Commodu…

If you have a good partner that person will certainly care about you, it's why marriage is so important to men.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 06:03 PM
1

Men tend to be more introverted in general, so they're not extroverted in their thinking or expressing of emotions.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 06:02 PM
0

Assuming men do derive some benefit from "protecting someone," then the protector shouldn't feel overly protected if the man demonstrates he is emotionally fragile. Stocism is what most men need today more than anything, some do need to express their feelings more, but perhaps only with other close male friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 05:59 PM

How could it possibly have no effect on male suicide when it's so common for divorced men to commit suicide vs the rest of the (largely) married population? The liberalization effect may not have increased the suicidal tendencies of divorced men, but it certainly increased the absolute number of men in the vulnerable circumstance that vastly increases suicide risk.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 05:56 PM
1

It's not the divorce courts, it's being separated from your kids and not having a partner. Men actually benefit from marriage more than women.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 05:54 PM
1

Complaining and being sad about the fact that men are disposable is pointless, it's like being sad about the fact you're going to die someday. It's just something you have to learn to accept and realize there's actually a purpose behind male disposability, it's part of fulfilling your purpose. The ancient practice of Stocism is what men need in the modern world more than ever. Also, listen to Dr. Jordan Peterson on youtube and try to get some faith in God if you can.

This is very true, you have a great comprehension of what it means to be INTP, and I should know, because I am very strongly INTP. I've basically given up on ever having a relationship or a family, not because I do not desire such a thing, but it's simply too hard to accomplish in my view. The onus is all on a man to take the initiative in forming new relationships, and I've never had a woman hit on me, so it's kind of a self-limiting scenario (plus all the distractions on the internet, like thi…

Yes, but you're demonstrating you may simply enjoy the "variety" that one night stands inherently bring. When put in a situation where you must comply with monogamy and deny yourself this variety, it may become overly burdensome to some people over time.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 10:13 AM

The fundamental issue or problem that will never be resolved is that men have inherent ambiguity when it comes to reproducing. They essentially must trust a pregnant woman when she suggests the baby is his, but this is sometimes a lie. Women have no such ambiguity, the baby is always hers no matter who the dad is. So a slut will always be viewed through a very skeptical lens by many men who do not want to invest resources into other men's genetic offspring. It's one reason why men like the insul…

There's also been papers written on human beings being separated into basically two groups, based on their bias for monogamy vs variety, there's slightly more men who prefer variety compared to women, but they're basically the same. It's based on research into prenatal exposure to testosterone in the womb. One possible biomarker of this level of exposure is your index/ring finger ratio of length. If your index finger is longer (male or female), you tend to be more feminine, reserved, monogamous,…

Nope, I got that from comedian george carlin, it's quite funny. You have rights, but your idea of rights is wrong. If it's a right nobody can take it away. The point is we have duties too that support our rights.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/18 05:24 PM

It may surprise you, but you actually don't have rights. You a set of temporary privileges, which are extremely rare in history and the thousands of societies predating our own. If people refuse to perform their basic biological function that society depends on to survive, you should not be surprised that your precious rights get thrown in the fucking trash someday. We have 'rights' for now, but we also have implicit duties to perpetuate the society and culture that created these unique rights.

Just based on the racial makeup of who votes for what party you should have a pretty good idea, which is why liberals tend to stay far away from the issue of IQ. They really don't dive too deep down the rabbit hole of measuring group intelligence and then making claims about which group is more qualified to vote or have their voice heard in politics.

We elected the first black president, now we find out the government was spying on a political opponent using a fake dossier that the opposition paid for. This is the sort of thing that happens in 3rd world countries. I think we are definitely moving in a strange direction here. Some people view trump as so bad it says something about us as a declining culture. So no matter your political bias you can see some really bad problems. And a systemic narrative is not absurd.

South korea and japan are actually very traditional in general, so false. Before women had all these rights we still had global commerce and trade. Even up to 1960 women were mostly stay at home moms, then it gradually started changing. 50 years ago is really not much time. It doesn't even support the current framework as sustainable in the long run. A full human lifetime hasn't even passed. Ridiculous, you have no argument, as I suspected.

Of course men abusing women is unacceptable, but there are laws for this. They should do it because they need to pay back society for existing, and only they have the reproductive power. If we could grow babies in a test tube, maybe I wouldn't be such hard ass. Just as we pay taxes for the earnings we make in society, women need to reproduce if they are able. It is the honorable thing to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/18 07:37 PM

Of course women are biased to be interested in breast cancer. This isolated example is meaningless. There is no cure for cancer. Women do not win many nobel prizes for science or medicine. That is reserved for men, even though women are well represented within the medical field.

Because there are actually a lot of jobs women can't do or do well. Men are larger than women for a good reason. We're stronger, we have a higher percentage of the male population that's classified as geniuses, but also more idiots than women, so it balances out. Men pay for this by being disposable human beings to some degree. We go to war, we die or get horribly disabled or PTSD. We get injured at work, we die or get disabled. How many women do you think have no arms or legs because they were …

Whoever cures cancer is unlikely to be a woman. Not because women aren't as smart as men, but the bell curve distributions of human intelligence don't match perfectly. This means there are way more stupid men, but also more geniuses. Men are nature's experiment, women are the safe bet. This is why women are neither interested in or good at STEM. It comes down to values. Hispanic families do it with lower incomes than the rest of america. But they still have their faith in god for one thing. And they are very family oriented. If someone is ill they all go to the doctor's office together. They actually give a fuck about family which is refreshing to see sometimes. And I don't think they are all miserable either. That's very insulting to people who are arguably living a better life than modern households with less money.

A large part of the problem is the fact too many women work, thus driving the cost of living up substantially compared to the past. Housing price inflation alone suggests this dual income dynamic is very destructive to family formation. My uncle is a theologian, but he believes everyone is born destined to go to heaven or hell, so basically we have no choice in the matter. As an educated person who spends quite a lot of time pondering things most don't, I know I am not alone. I didn't require education, just time and opportunity. Economic systems naturally create the conditions for people with free time, usually elites. This makes possible the ex…

My brother practically had a line of women in an out of his trailer at the trailer park once upon a time. He got them to let him borrow money, get driven around places because he didn't have a license, etc. What social or economic reason did they have to desire him? Obviously none, except maybe these women are very undesirable and they think this is the best they can do? I honestly don't know, such people annoy me.

What happens after a few hundred years? Well, almost all of the tribes with unhealthy dietary codes will die. That implies eating pork will kill most tribes of people. I don't necessarily believe that's true since most of the world today eats pork and has done so for a quite a while. But even if so, the tribes decided to not eat pork to survive. And it was probably elites who decided it at some point because most people are too busy trying to work and survive to think about such things. The issu…

Considering the taxes, that sounds really bad. You should come to America, higher pay for IT professionals and the company pays for most of your healthcare. Most walmart employees lack the intellectual capacity to do better. IT professionals demonstrate they can absorb complex knowledge, and it really doesn't matter what it is for the most part. They can learn to be something else with relative ease in a way a walmart employee can't.

Writing for one thing was extremely rare back then. That implies they demonstrated an intellectual capacity that was worthy of teaching such concepts to them. Such intellectuals tend to be aware of more things in society than people who's only job in life is working to survive. People with free time, such as us, have more time to think about these issues. So in that respect, we are both somewhat elite compared to others without such luxury. Christian Monks dedicated themselves to learning and re…

I mean my friend is in IT and he makes $150,000, but he works super hard and long hours. And that's not with a high cost of living. So in california he would make about 250k to stay even. "why do we hire this guy, he does nothing?" True, but obviously provably ignorant. Not a case of fraud, it's just that IT is not understood by the masses. Ultimately it only needs to be understood by their manager and the upper management. If these people are so ignorant, that is sad. The problem is we live in …

Honestly I am not qualified as a historian to that extent. I have to imagine their education was top 10%. I am agnostic, but I believe all religions are creations of man's mind and capacity to find moral truths absent supernatural influence. The Koran isn't just the word of god though, it's the LAST one, which is one reason why it's particularly dangerous today. This means God literally can't edit such texts or add chapters via divine inspiration. That is extraordinarily depressing as someone wh…

Nobody in society with any education, certainly enough to write such a rule down back then, should be 100% unaware of the health issues from eating pork. For it to be accidental seems preposterous to me and at the very least unlikely. But for ignorant people, the plebs, often poor and hungry, pork may be how they survived, so despite the risk, they eat it anyway and endanger the population. Taboos don't have to be religious. There is a taboo against racism today because people saw a problem and …

Obviously there is an organic nature to religion, you can observe how it has evolved over time and became more advanced and structured. But men were doing this over a long time, not via divine inspiration. The bible is written by a group of men who were the "philosopher kings" of the ancient world. They saw the common chaos in human societies and thought god would want to see us do better. They no doubt saw the blood feuds and such, stories we still read about like romeo and juilet, because this…

That seems like a view incredibly hard to prove. How do you rationalize it? If monogamy wasn't accidental and instead something mainly elites and most males decided was better based on changing circumstances, then the "unprecedented male cooperation" (which I agree with) is simply an effect of something else that wasn't random or an accident, but could clearly be determined by rationality to be superior. So this effect could have easily been anticipated by a rational mind or group of elites, and…

But is there any evidence it was that common? I doubt it. Jews are very insular and protective of each other because they are usually in a hostile social environment, throughout known history. That is why jews are special though in terms of study. They are the only religion that has unique genetic diseases for example. But despite all these disadvantages people like Einstein existed and flourished.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/18 10:06 PM

Because advanced human civilizations need monogamy to build in the first place. Only primitive societies practice polygamy.

Athletes benefit from the natural confidence and social status that comes from victory in front of a lot of interested and cheering spectators. Sports is highly valued in our culture. So even an ugly football player will have an enourmous advantage over an ugly guy who even lifts weights but sucks at sports. Obviously just being in good shape is a natural confidence booster and more attractive physically. I am skeptical how much it benefits real incels though.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/18 09:53 PM

True, but those disciplines are actively hostile to evolutionary psychology, like most academics. The social implications of even entertaining the possibility is undesirable, therefore even smart people are biased and the study is taboo.

I dunno, I feel like I am unqualified to dive deeper without a massive amount of speculation. Clearly based on what I have learned today male on male violence appears to be our dominant and natural condition, and rules or social dogma enforcing monogamy appears to be an outgrowth of building advanced human civilizations. Can women achieve the same thing starting from nothing? Perhaps, perhaps not. Can they "take over" something men already largely created and make it their own. Probably, but for…

That is only one aspect of what makes someone attractive, sexually. No doubt in the modern era there is often a huge room of improvement. Some people are simply skinny and ugly and/or suck at socialization. But people often get fat because they're already married and have kids (doesn't matter) or they never had good luck dating anyway growing up (again, doesn't matter). Lets suppose you hypothetically did cull the male population. Well, the first thing I would be concerned about is the potential for war and a lack of men for defense. And if these men don't have families and wives, then why do they even give a fuck beyond saving their own asses? I think if you examine it further you will find a lot of problems which explains why nature maintains balance.

War is a modern concept, weapons a modern creation of civilization. We are talking about people in some cases that hadn't developed formal language yet or just mastered fire. Bonobos in captivity are different than wild bonobos. The females therefore developed a social strategy needed to maintain order in a unnatural and inherently stressful state. The matriarchy that feminists admire is therefore really a lie to begin with, and it is only possible by sacrificing female's own desire and spreading the sexual wealth to all or most bonobo males. Without this, they would have far more problems.

Because from an evolutionary perspective it sounds like shit sexual selection which leads to evolution, hopefully of traits that make a species smarter, stronger, better able to adapt, ect. Men just need to prove they have more to offer than a penis, in that way it's like a job interview with potential reproductive consequences, good or bad. /r/PurplePillDebate17/01/18 06:57 PM

Laughing at or mocking their absurdity in a public way is how we negate a lot of the negative viewpoints of others who are typically a minority. No, I would say at least some people are being hurt, simply by having a permissive attitude about sex. In cultures where this is not tolerated there is a more equal distribution of sexual wealth in society. This concept is modeled off what we know from the animal kingdom as well. Consider how many crimes are being prevented by keeping these people locked up and aborting millions of them before being born. Canada can have a lower incarceration rate because the gap between rich and poor is lower and they're not dealing with 40+ million black people who were heavily discriminated against in the past and developed a self-limiting culture to retard their advancement. Very few people have no redeeming qualities. Regardless, as a woman with little to no access to income to support herself or a family, that increases aggregate demand for male income, which must or should be acquired early in life via marriage. So simply being a law student had higher social capital pre-1960, whereas today that is still important, but not so much, because people wait a long time to get married anyway and more women are in college than men. So even the top intellectual males that…

A higher income floor also increases the total cost of living, so there are marginal benefits at the very bottom, beyond basic survival (food, shelter, ect). Also, women simply having higher incomes devalues male income. If women had no income for example, then all male incomes, regardless of size, would be much more desirable in aggregate (being necessary to acquire via marriage for simple survival).

I have laid out ample evidence linking sex and violence in the animal kingdom, which means it's at least plausible that changes in sexual availability for all men in society triggers some degree of violence due to their higher testosterone or whatever else makes men in general a more violent human gender. People will kill to survive, procreation is a form of genetic survival, the ultimate form, and it's linked to satisfying sexual needs built into our psyche.

Criminologists study that and have identified many potential reasons why crime went down, like demographics or wider availability of welfare programs like food stamps. I mean, if someone is hungry they will do just about anything to eat. I am focused in 1960-1970 because crime went up, peaked, and started to decline. Maybe less racism is a valid answer. I just think I have identified ONE reason it went up.

Yes I did, directly from the animal kingdom, but here it is again. Bonobos are animals and they are closely related to humans, and they maintain peace by sexualizing their culture. I have cited evidence from the animal kingdom linking violence and sexual availability. Sexual dimorphism, usually meaning big males / small females, typically means there is more male dominance or violence between genders of the species. The bigger female praying mantis though kills the male after copulation, the ultimate expression of male's lower biological utility I know of.

The hippy movement is integrally tied to the sexual revolution, but if we are looking for underlying causes, the hippy generation didn't develop in a vaccum, it was enabled by the birth control pill and then secured by abortion legalization (because some people are still too dumb to take a pill). Take away the pill and the hippy generation wouldn't exist because it couldn't. We're witnessing more primitive human behavior, meaning it's simply a reversion to biological normalcy based on pre-historic mating patterns. Primitive doesn't necessarily mean bad, it's just considered less compatible (not incompatible) with the formation of advanced human civilization.

Even in the 60s-70s crime was lower than it was in the 1860-70s. Irrelevant, crime was likely high during this time for other reasons, like the civil war and the resulting enormous social consequences. Fucking hippies and the rise of drug culture? This is also linked to contraception, which enabled the whole thing to get started.

Not sexual crime, all crime. It is at least partially responsible (possibly mainly too) for the rapid increase around 1960-1970 because of the sexual revolution and birth control pill introducing social chaos.

I think this is especially problematic with less attractive female bosses.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/17 01:05 AM

Maybe women just don't have the same history of deriving reproductive success from such cooperation. It's more of a competition for limited high status male's attention. If that is so, then this result makes perfect sense.

Yes I'm actually aware. I imagine the men don't want to be emasculated anymore than they already are. It's an unnatural condition for both the man and woman, so there's no blame, just the way people are. Negative social consequences are to be expected in role reversals.

/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/17 12:17 AM

That theory is highly speculative, but so is mine. What if women just care more about status in general and are more exploitive by nature because it increases reproductive success, which bleeds over into romantic relationships as well?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/17 12:10 AM
14

I dunno, I've heard from multiple women that having a female manager in general sucks no matter what job you have. So I sort of intuitively knew this was true. It's also why divorce risk goes up dramatically as the difference between a wife's and husband's income grows, with the most stable income differential being the wife at zero at all class levels (lower, middle, and upper class). Women are status seekers, simple as that. The career women value the status as much as the income it provides.

http://www.popsci.com/science/article/2013-05/science-arousal-during-rape If I pooped children, perhaps, my ass is not really designed for that, so it doesnt sound fun, but it wouldnt be tramatizing for life. The primary trama of rape for women is emotional, which is why nobody gives a fuck about males who get raped. But according to you emotions arent logical anyway. So what's the point?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/17 05:20 AM

Most rapes do not cause internal injury or pain, unless there is violence, in fact many women feel ashamed after a rape because they orgasmed. Vaginal lubrication is triggered even during forced intercourse as a self-protective mechanism. To deny rape has something to do with lack of selecting a desired mate is pretty dubious.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/17 04:58 AM
4

You forced me into demonstrating it's logical by questioning whether it's emotional. Emotions exist as a biological construct to improve our odds of reproducing. A woman has a severe negative emotional response to rape or attempted rape because she is losing her reproductive choice and destiny. To avoid rape or death or to desire children is only logical as a living entity seeking self-maximization. To deny these fundamental truths of existence is to deny any purpose to life at all, and in such …

I mean, is it logical not to want to die and to take action to perserve your own life? Is it logical to eat healthy? Is it logical to want children? Men are only slightly more likely to cheat, but if a wife cheats the husband may raise a child not his own without ever knowing. For this reason, men always have more to lose, biologically speaking, regardless of the rates of relative cheating or risk. A woman always knows the child she carries is her own. Ergo, it is logical for men to have a lower opinion of promiscuous behavior in women. In absense of perfect information we are programmed to make such judgments or negative assumptions about p…

Applying logic to attraction is usually foolish. However, in general men would like a woman who is less promiscuous because men have ambiguity when it comes to fathering a child. This on some level is primal/biological. In other words, in the game of genes to play off game of thrones, men have more to lose to promiscuous women, and more to gain by being promiscuous themselves. You can call that hypocritical, but it is logically consistent.

However, keep in mind, the regressive feminism in society is driven by an elite yet powerful minority of women at the top. That is who has derived the greatest personal enrichment and satisfaction since the 1960s, yet the paradox of declining female happiness relative to men and in absolute terms over this period paints a different and more complex picture.

Colttaine is looking for the ultimate causes that drive human behavior. He's a biological determinist who thinks our behavior is ultimately rooted in biology. In the video, he argues that biological changes in human societies precede cultural changes, which precede ideological changes. Biology refers to our hard-wiring at the individual level, culture is the collective manifestation and expression of our innate biological instincts in a specific environment, and ideology is a particular belief s…

/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/17 06:17 AM

Because the male psyche is more tribal. Human on human warfare and conflict is in our genes. Power to the state enables an entire society to be easily mobilized, for war and conquest for resource acquisition. A fragmented society is weaker and can crumble from within or is vulnerable to attack. It's the same reason men like war movies and women like dramas.

No, but openness has a tendency to reveal flaws in people that are turnoffs to the other party. Women tend to get a pass for internal conflicts, men don't. I don't know about the rate, but that doesn't change the fact I stated above. Once women reproduce they don't need men as much and seek less second marriages, that's just my theory. In general men and women are excellent partners for each other.

Society is more to blame for failing young men. There is no excuse for such a large gender gap in college. Median male wage stagnation has also made it unaffordable for many people to have children.

Women will still work, but men will make more to support families, by themselves in many cases. Children of immigrants underperform in school, except for asians. We also need a basic income to support families and reduce labor demand for mothers.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 06:58 PM

Talented women can best serve society by creating 2-3 more people like herself. Every economist knows demographics drive economies, that's why europe lets in muslims who hate women and the US lets in mexicans. Japan will continue to do poorly due to weak demographics. We need more middle and upper class babies who are raised to succeed, and a little less lower class reproduction.

Religious doctrines provided a framework, no sex outside marriage and divorce was frowned upon. As an atheist I believe all religions are created by man, but their foundations are informed by cultural experience throughout history based on what works. Ultimately no one is really free, women have just traded dependence on men for employers and corporations. There are no easy solutions, but banning abortion is a good start. All colleges should be required to admit 60% males, the reverse of today w…

In the past people didnt pair off so, that is one driver of rising income inequality according to a study I read.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 03:50 AM
1

That's why it's better if women are dependent on men, even lower value men, which drives the need to pair off rather than fighting over the top 30-40% of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 03:44 AM
1

Male median income being flat for 40 years certainly didnt help median smv. Males are strong when there is a need and reward, but society would rather slowly collapse demographically and economically. Hopefully Trump can begin turning the Titanic before we hit the iceburg.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 03:33 AM
1

One generation doesnt change much from the next, the only thing that has changed is median male income has been flat for 40 years, while women have flooded into colleges and displaced men. Such a system will eventually destroy itself by attrition and demographics.

Patriarchy is the only proven system to maintain a civilized society, that's why Europe needs Muslim immigrants to replace a generation that was never born. But it won't last in the long run. The matriarchy must import the patriarchy to survive.

All forms of education are not equivalent. Some degrees are easy and/or seem more interesting yet less valuable, and women tend to flock to these. Women begin their lives unwilling to make serious intellectual sacrifices in college, then even after they graduate they often want to drop out of work to begin having children, saddling the student debt on the husband. I'm not suggesting this is a bad thing necessarily, but only that men are not properly respected and appreciated for what they do for…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 10:49 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 10:39 PM

Absolutely I can claim this, women don't choose the dry yet financially lucrative opportunities in college, even though they count for almost a super-majority of college students. Most men don't get married till 27 or so, long after their wives have made career choices and graduated. Husbands have virtually no control over what women decide to be today. Homemaking is specifically more satisfying for women because they are natural nurturers, which is why they often pick nurturing careers like nur…

How are women worthless in a divorce? If I was a SAHM, I would do everything possible to ensure that didn't happen in the first place, by making my husband happy as can be, which in turn would make me happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 10:34 PM

Women are master manipulators because it's a biological necessity, don't think they aren't strongly nudging men to commit and marry before they are ready. Women will even go so far as to threaten to break up if they aren't married by such and such a time or strongly imply it.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 10:20 PM
1

That's my point, most women in college don't sacrifice much and therefore aren't financially sacrificing for the family, they are uninterested in the dry yet very important subjects such as science, technology, and engineering. Men sacrifice their bodies and minds to such subjects, mainly for the benefit of women and their families. Women shun such subjects, they are rarely financially self-sacrificing people, even if they do end up making a lot of money, they demand a husband that makes at leas…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 10:09 PM

Quite right, the greatest fear of a man is losing his family, but he will sacrifice himself yet again to avoid any harm to his children.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 10:00 PM
3

In general satisfying jobs pay less partly because they draw more applicants based on desired lifestyle. This can be seen in what sorts of career paths women choose, which generally pay less but are more satisfying and congruent with their innate sensibilities, such as education. They don't want to spend years learning about engineering and computer programming then a lifetime fixated on a computer screen.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 09:55 PM
3

I don't doubt there are some instances of this, but I doubt it's the majority. When a woman is trending towards divorce she creates a toxic atmosphere that drives the man away as well. Bottom line is, men would rather stay married more often than women, even if there are difficulties, but women are more sensitive to dissatisfaction.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 09:50 PM
2

I think most of us wouldn't be working if we didn't have to, so to categorize career as 100% sacrifice is incorrect. Caregiving comes natural to most women, and they still have the social flexibility to shift to this when and how they want for the most part. Whereas men are simply workhorses for life, sitting in a cubicle and listening to their boss dump paperwork on their desk every monday morning. In Japan they take this to the extreme and drive many working men to suicide.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 09:47 PM
0

If I was a woman I'd love to be a SAHM, that's not necessarily all sacrifice, or even on par with working 40 hours a week in a cubicle for 45 years (a well paid slave essentially, if you're fortunate).
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 09:41 PM
2

It's just women don't need men at all in their early to mid 20's, then they need them for a while, then it begins to taper off as they age and their children grow up.

If you haven't figured out yet that there is a method to Trump's perceived 'madness,' you're going to be in for a long 8 years. Trump understands people better than most elites do. It's not only a problem of single mothers neglecting their children out of economic necessity, the rich also tend to neglect their children. If Paris Hilton's mother had been a better mother maybe she wouldn't have turned out the way she did. But maybe her mother was too busy running her gift and antique shop in the 8…

Conscientiousness is also a trait that is reserved for the wealthy, therefore they are genetically and socially superior and more able to pass on both the learned behaviors and genes necessary for high achievement. Part of the problem is the epidemic of single motherhood which robs a child of opportunity to learn such things.

Those who do not pursue college are not necessarily dumb, but goodness alone is not sufficient for societal flourishment. Those who impregnate others, don't lack reflexes to pull out, they lack a form of intelligence called conscientiousness, which has been spoken of in various ways since ancient times.

I see nothing of the sort, your arguments are hyperbolic and nonsensical with no proof. I have proven intelligence is heritable/genetic, and rich people are more likely to be intelligent, thus I have proven dysgenics is real. Morality is a learned behavior, not genetically inherited, so that is for society to help mediate. No we cannot agree that we should ignore dysgenics, because it is a critical piece of the puzzle. Dumb people having dumb children who they can't provide for and are often unm…

The 1960's was the peak of American power in comparison to the rest of the world, part of that is simply other cultures catching up from an artificially depressed economic level, but part of it has to be demographic as well. Japan has had near zero economic growth for the past 25 years due to demographic collapse. The effects of demographics take decades or generations to play out fully, but once realized, will be readily apparent. It's no coincidence that the financial crisis and housing collap…

Violence is not directly heritable as far as I'm aware. Genes follow a random walk to some extent, even dumb and uneducated parents can potentially produce a child such as yourself, it's just less likely to happen compared to ideal reproductive conditions.

All the more reason to restrict higher income women from entering college for worthless degrees instead of reproduction. A serious misallocation of human resources.

You do not not understand the concept of heritability, .5 doesn't mean random at all, not even close. Heritability is a mathematical estimate that indicates how much of a trait's variation in a population can be attributed to genes. Estimates of the heritability of intelligence vary, depending on the methods used. Most researchers believe that heritability of intelligence is between 60 percent and 80 percent. Furthermore: Family studies show that intelligence tends to run in families. Twin studi…

Malthusian. More people always means a larger economy. The financial crisis was about corruption and illegal behavior, however it's true housing has never declined before, mainly driven by demographics.

Low income women typically dont go to college anyway, and if they do it's for a very superficial degree with a low return on investment. Women in general pursue such degrees. They provide welfare to many professors who shouldn't even have jobs, like gender studies, communication, liberal arts, hospitality, and other crap.

Investing doesn't really make sense right now with markets at all time highs. Buy a mobile home, always drive clean used cars, eat cheap food like potatoes, beans, rice, and chicken, then start saving. Wait for the next recession to hit and invest in an index fund. Drug usage can be directly measured and found to be harmful to the body, but is promiscuity harmful to society? Perhaps in ways we don't even fully comprehend yet, because it is a much more complex question.

I answered how it is "bad for society," but you don't like the answer. I happen to be alt-right, so take that for what you will. Women's liberation has been a net negative for birth rates in advanced economies, which has also lead to tremendous demand for immigration from 3rd world countries that have no experience with freedom or actually hate aspects of it. Germany is a prime example of a society that looks relatively stable but will increasingly become more unstable as time passes and the imm…

If people were diligent about condom use there wouldn't be so many sexually transmitted diseases and children with no fathers at birth. The fact is condoms are not natural, men don't like them, so many will try to have sex without and many women will let them in the heat of passion. Because men are not required to be adults today, women have liberated themselves from any dependence on men, therefore the natural reaction of men is hey, now I can just have fun and play video games till I'm 30. The…

Sexually trasmitted diseases, children born out of wedlock who are more likely to grow up and become maladjusted human adults, hypergamy ultimately becomes more pronounced and causes more disharmony between genders, because men are not blind, they see women are fucking a certain kind of guy in their youth and giving other men the leftovers.

Fine, then she can find a new husband that is down with marrying a disgusting slut that doesn't care for her husband the same same way she cares for complete strangers. Meeting your mate's sexual needs is important in a relationship, but you're trying to brush it aside as childish. It's not childish at all. It would be one thing if she had never wanted to do these things with men, but obviously that is not the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 09:20 PM

That's is another reason why both male and female sluttery is bad for society.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 09:17 PM

Doesn't really matter, if it's that important to her husband, why not give him what you've given so many others?

I'm addressing the man-hatred in her post and the source for this.

If she was cool with it before, why not with her lifetime partner? What's the big deal?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 09:13 PM

I have many reasons, sexually transmitted disease, single parent households are a big deal that has huge negative consequences on a child. Another theory I have is that women vastly outnumber men in college today due to a radically altered sexual marketplace. Anecdotally there's a lot of complaints today about men behaving like children in their 20's and not ready to step up and commit to LTRs, marriage, or kids. And I feel this is all linked to the sexual revolution.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 09:12 PM

Nah, that wasn't the case at all in the thread I read that blew up on /r/relationships. She used to do it all the time with many men, but got married and suddenly changed. It's a legitimate question as to whether she just didn't want to do it with her husband and why.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 09:07 PM
5

Mad because she refuses to do it with him, while knowing full well she has done it many times before with men she didn't care about at all. One man I read about found some sex tapes she kept and that's how he found out it wasn't just a personal preference she has always had, it's just how she is now with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 09:05 PM

It's not even just about n-counts, I've read many posts about husbands who ask their wives to do certain things sexually, and they come to find out they used to do all of these things before they got married. Extreme butthurt follows.

If they hide their past, but if their past is known in their social circle, maybe not so easily. I really don't think it's just Redditors who say this. Many women have come here to ask why they were rejected for being promiscuous. On /r/relationships I've seen marriages broken up over the issue because she lied about it.

Woman picks many men versus woman picks one man as her first lover and sticks with it? I'd rather be with the woman who has never touched another man's penis quite frankly, and I'm not alone.

They like them to fuck, but to marry? We have millions of anecdotes that say that is not so easy an answer. How many promiscuous women have been rejected for long term relationships on that basis alone?

Yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 08:48 PM

That can objectively be true, but the question is whether sluttery is good for society overall, and I don't believe it is. A few men are having a grand old time like they're cavemen again, but are there any negative consequences? I think so.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 08:48 PM

Girl fights for me are actually amusing to watch. Why? Because no one is in any serious danger of being harmed beyond repair. Lesbians may be violent, but they don't kill their spouse with their bare hands and dump the body in a ditch somewhere because they lost their temper. Maybe you can find one example.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 07:58 PM

One more anecdote for you. My Grandmother tells the story about my Grandfather in law school, back when it was actually quite hard to get in and graduate. He said several times he never would have stuck with it without the love and support of my Grandmother. They married as soon as he returned from WW2. This sort of support has been denied to young men in the modern era. I am no different than he was, my circumstances just changed in a very negative way that discouraged achievement instead of fu…

You honestly sound triggered after our discussion on why men have valid biological reasons to digusted by or reject sluts. It's not our fault society doesn't respect male desires. Sluttery is simply bad for society overall and leads to gender conflict. Social norms make a lot of sense to maintain the fragile balance.

My business is quite dangerous, in a completely legal way though. And I enjoy it. If I had a wife and kids I might feel I need to go down a different path and I'm not sure I'd like that. I have enough danger though that I need some escapism too like Dota 2 or other games. I may have been born beta, but my work life is actually quite alpha, and the bottom line is I don't care if something happens to me, I don't have much to lose at this point anyway.

Why have I lead a life of near-MGTOW? Probably going back to my experiences in high school and college. I always did quite well in school, and I consid…

They were smart enough to figure it out for one thing, and natural selection does not require a conscious determination anyway. By caring for the woman and the child of the slut he commits time invested that could be used more productively seeking more sex with sluts or finding a woman that can safely be assumed to not be pregnant due to not having such a reputation. Lower value men will also struggle to have as much sex with sluts as higher value men. The lower value men still seek reproductive…

Exactly my point. Imagine a prehistoric situation where some women were sluts and some weren't. There's a good chance whoever does end up caring for the child of a slut would have been a genetic dead end compared to breeding with someone else more reliable. There is also evidence women fall on two scales, due to exposure to different levels of testosterone in the womb, thus creating women who tend to be more promiscuous and lived fast and short lives, and women who carefully select a mate and st…

See my edit above. I'm sorry but that is bullshit. Even if they aren't consciously aware, the evolutionary system would have weeded out men who were not careful around sluts and providing resources and time investment in offspring that isn't theirs.

I'm tempted to say you may be onto something, but there are valid biological reasons why men should be repulsed by sluts. A man has inherent ambiguity when it comes to knowing if a child is his or not. Sleeping with a slut is like riding a wild beast, which may attempt to economically latch onto you and genetically rob you of reproductive capacity. It's been estimated that a sizable minority of men are raising kids they think are theirs but aren't. In France it's illegal to perform a paternity t…

That's a conservative judicial principle that is increasingly less pervasive today. That's why liberals wan't to overturn the Heller and Citizens United cases. Ultimately it's up to the court whether they want to reconsider case law and nothing legal is stopping them. It's the same with the filibuster in the senate, we allow it to continue because we want to, not because we have to, and there are indications that that too may end relatively soon, at least for the supreme court nominations. This reads like rad-fem pornography. Women have reason to fear the future too, see Sex Bots. When you can get a realistic sexual experience from an intelligent machine that is capable of conversations and tailoring 'her' personality to please the male, you will see tremendous outrage in society. We're probably 15-20 years from this, but it's coming. The open question is why women are not embracing this change. They can have a great male sex bot too.

Oh, spare me. Do I really need to cite the studies on differences in male/female sexual desire? HOW ARE THOSE WOMEN SLUTS? The implication is, if she gave into me, she probably gave into a lot of other men too. And even if that's not true, the instinct is there, meaning she could be pregnant with another man's child right now. Women have no ambiguity when it comes to genetic paternity, the baby growing inside her is always hers, not so for men, ergo women are always suspect in their sexual decis…

Why do men push for, encourage or even ‘demand’ early or casual sex only to later demonize or punish women for giving in? As I explained, and I will try to do so again, men require sex at a young age, moreso than women in general. So if you drop a population of men in the modern era (where they are expected/required to wait 8-10 years to get married) this is exactly the reaction one would expect if men are biologically disinclined towards sluts. Our ancestors never had to to go to such lengths t…

Most men dont like sluts and the sexual revolution didn't change that fact. Most of our ancestors were married at an early age, thus meeting their sexual needs. The rejection of such women is a simple consequence of a radically altered society.

We are forced to try to assign blame because our court system functions that way. We don't have perfect information, but we make due with what we have. As such, women are primarily to blame for unplanned pregnancy, and cannot demand mandatory child support if they refuse to abort or offer up for adoption.

Yes, and we are debating the core issue I presented in the OP, which you have failed to disprove. You're asking me to take you to another place, for which there is no logical point in doing so with someone who can't agree with the underlying issues involved.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:45 PM
2

Most unplanned pregnancies occur outside of LTR anyway, so it's really irrelevant.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:44 PM
1

Again, you keep speaking about yourself like it's some barometer of humanity. Most people don't react like that. Feelings aren't rational, sex isn't rational, doing drugs isn't rational, eating too much isn't rational, but we all do it to varying degrees.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:43 PM
1

I don't as much, but I do blame them more for the unplanned conception, which is the core issue of concern.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:41 PM
1

You're asking me where I'm going with all this... what's the point of discussing that with someone who doesn't accept the argument in the first place?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:41 PM

I have a real enough picture, both in terms of what I have read, and what I have observed in the real world, which is probably more valuable.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:40 PM
1

Yes, just as people born to fat parents are predisposed to a genetic weakness in terms of food consumption. Did you read the OP?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:39 PM
1

Also wouldn't the bag have to be over my body? Maybe with the lights turned off, or you could go full burka like the muslims do.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:38 PM
1

Classifying it as a urge is a bit dishonest. This is a primal desire/need that people have. That is why there are so many unplanned pregnancies despite the wide plethora of alternative solutions.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:37 PM
1

I accept that, but birth begins at conception, an act for which men are more vulnerable to falling into unplanned.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:36 PM
1

Again, you're trying to apply intelligence to something that is a biological function. This is not really accurate. I know very intelligent people who had unprotected sex and regretted it afterward because they could have easily knocked them up. Apply rationality to such issues is illusive. When you grieve for a loved one who dies there is no rationality to such a reaction, it is simply an overwhelming emotional heartbreak.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:35 PM
1

Why should I expand any further on this topic if we can't agree on the basics?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:33 PM
1

Perhaps, but the unplanned pregnancy begins at conception, and men are easy prey for baby fevered women.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:33 PM
1

Then there's no reason to discuss it further with you. Nor have you disproven my core argument. People overcome their biological urges every day, yes, but some of us have greater urges.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:31 PM
1

That's false, husbands usually want more frequent sex than their wives. I have read studies about this issue. Whatever sensation you have experienced is not is great as it is for a man unless you are an extreme outlier in the female sexual population. Think about that.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:29 PM
1

First, do you accept my premise that men are not equally responsible on average for unplanned pregnancy?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:27 PM
1

In a perfect system all information would be known, therefore we could be judged more fairly than is humanly possible, similar to judgment by god.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:26 PM
1

I'm not sure a document will help, maybe a bag over your head would be more helpful in that case. Studies indicate men think more about sex, desire it more, and more frequently. It is not equal.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:25 PM
1

I'm not suggesting he is not stupid, although that is probably not the best word to accurately describe the situation. Also, not everyone is blessed with high intelligence like yourself. At base we are all animals, some more or less impulsive, some with higher or lower sex drives, etc, etc, but the fact remains women were blessed with a higher capacity to avoid risky sex. Logically the blame cannot be 50/50.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:24 PM
1

Probably not, but men are treated more harshly in similar court cases involving violence compared to women, when they have a predisposition towards such violence in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:20 PM
1

You are responsible, but you cannot be expected to be as responsible as someone with a normal level of desire for ice cream. We should rationally expect you to consume more gallons of ice cream over a lifetime.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:18 PM
1

I'm not suggesting they don't have an urge, I'm saying, on average, it is not equal, which is a fact. There will be some instances where baby fever is primarily responsible, but that cannot be the norm if male desire is greater overall.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:16 PM
1

Thank you for making my point, just as men have to work harder than women to avoid an unplanned pregnancy. I am not absolving them of responsibility, I'm saying it's not 50/50. Did you read my OP?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:15 PM
1

Actually recent studies indicate if your parents were obese when you were conceived there's an epigenetic trigger making you more likely to have a weight problem. So is a child conceived from healthy parents equal to that of another conceived by morbidly obese ones? Obviously no, that child was born with a genetic predisposition towards this problem, and the culture of food in the family will also impact them.

The TRP wouldn't exist if it was like eating a cheeseburger. I can easily substitute a cheeseburger for something healthier and almost as satisfying. No, it really isn't. You've completely missed my point. Desire for sex is not just desire for pleasure, it's instinct to reproduce. Men have a greater need to cum in a woman than they do to have that cum, both in intensity of desire and in frequency. This is not about logic, it's nature. Saying it's a no brainer is not an argument. People will cont…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:09 PM

How so if sexual desire is more intense for men, both in scope and in frequency? The biological need to cum in you is simply stronger than your need for that cum.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:05 PM
1

People are often by nature impulsive, if I am born with a genetic predisposition to impulsivity, then I am not to blame as much as someone who isn't. Sex isn't like eating a cheeseburger, it's a fundamental drive that keeps our species alive. So it's perfectly reasonable why there's still so many unplanned pregnancies today, despite all of the ways of avoiding such an outcome. On some level we all have to deny our own programming to make a different choice, some more than others!
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/16 05:01 PM
1

I'm not suggesting they shouldn't wrap it up, but people make mistakes because of the tremendous urge for sex, ergo the blame cannot be equivalent as I outlined. The point is that child support laws must change to more accurately reflect the imbalance.

Lazy is an imprecise word. It's often a matter of lower time horizons than average that results in accidental pregnancies. People with lower time horizons plan less for the future and value activities like education less because they only produce a payoff at some point in the future. However, I know people who are extremely intelligent, educated, and unlazy who have had accidents that could have easily resulted in an unplanned pregnancy. It's nature taking it's course, which sometimes disrupts o…

Irrelevant, desire produces unprotected sex, therefore blame for the act cannot be equivalent without equal desire. Women carry the burden of childbirth disproportionately, ergo that is why the difference in sexual desire exists in the first place. Their lack of sex drive is suppose to help aid them in better mating decisions.

The evidence is everywhere proving this correlation. Look at Japan, the poster boy for demographic collapse. As a result of women refusing to have children their economy has been in a long depression for the last 25 years, with no hope of escape. It's a vicious cycle, women enter the workforce, compete for male jobs and wages, men become expendable/unneeded, the birthrate drops, and conditions worsen even further such that two income households now find it difficult to have children. Women have …
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 08:49 PM
1

In this case it does. There is no other explanation for the rapid rise in the cost of living. The rapid inflation of the 70's and early 80's is a direct result of the rise of the two income household, which forced other families to do the same thing just to survive. If women weren't allowed to go to college until they had 2 children the problem would fix itself in a couple generations, and everyone would be better off as a result. Instead, we are collapsing just like the roman empire did, when 5…

The jobs will come back if you fix the demographics, that's a big part of this. You can't have every woman having 1.4-1.7 children in her lifetime and expect prosperity for families in the long run. That simply won't work. And immigrants won't solve it either unless they are all asians, who have proven to be better at science than whites.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 08:17 PM
1

False, it wasn't until the 1970's when women started entering college in large numbers that this became problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 08:15 PM
1

I am just going based on what you said, stating that CEO pay disparity is responsible for our poor condition. What other nonsense arguments account for these issues? CEO pay is PROVEN to be insignificant when you compare it to the outcomes in other countries. We don't have to run an experiment on that one. I switched because we can learn a great deal from other nations and it proves your main point is incorrect. I'll wait.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 08:12 PM
1

I have written upon this issue, but there's no point in stating what I believe should be done to fix it, because it's unfixable, politically. Essentially you have to disbar women from entering college until they have 2 children, this will give men a leg up in the economy to support a family again, and force women to expand our demographics again, so they can go to college in their 30's and start a career later.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 08:07 PM
1

You cited CEO pay, I retorted that this is not as big of a problem in other nations, yet they have worse economic outcomes in most cases compared to the US. How do you explain that? Why should I read your article if you can't? H1B visas will and do lower wages for skilled workers. Your citation is already disproven, you are the one without anything to stand upon here.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 07:55 PM
1

No not at all, incomes rise as demographics expand. Women entered the workforce, and therefore competed with men for many of the same jobs they needed to support a family, and also decided to stop having children at the same time. An absolute disaster that has taken decades to become fully apparent in the economy. Greed is controlled by supply and demand, too much labor, not enough demand and children. It's quite simple really.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 07:47 PM
1

Female college attendance hovered around 20% during the 1960's. It didn't start really increasing until the early 1970's, coincidentally, along with the divergence in productivity and income. That is when things really started to change for the labor market between men and women. The uneducated women of the 60's and before couldn't really compete for most men's jobs. I know correlation doesn't imply causation, but this is compelling evidence suggesting it's the best explanation we have for this.…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 07:45 PM

We have affirmative action to put more minorities in college even though they have weaker grades that qualify them, the same must be done for men to equalize college attendance, but obama said it's not a big deal that men are not going to college. We have some serious inconsistencies philosophically with the ruling elite. Just make sure you vote this year, and bring friends and family.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 07:31 PM
1

You'd have to research why demographics expand the economy, it's a well known subject that is well studied. In short, when you have bigger families you buy more things, especially larger homes to accomodate children. This has a multiplier effect, such that when they are ready to work they have a larger economy waiting for them to enter into.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 07:30 PM

Very sad when people waste their lives believing one thing and cold hard reality hits them in the face, because it's not their fault, it's the culture.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 07:28 PM
1

I do, but if the demographics were better the jobs would be there for the young, more than enough. So the problem is not old people, it's that those people didn't have children to expand aggregate demand.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 06:54 PM
1

If the demographics were better that would not be the problem it is today, everything is linked. Healthcare has also been one of the only bright spots in this economy.

So educated, yet can't answer a simple question. What other explanation is there for such ignorance and lack of intellectual honesty? How do you explain the fact that CEO wage disparities are much smaller in Europe and Japan? You are done, intellectually and honestly.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 06:47 PM
1

I disagree because demographic collapse is a direct result of women in the workforce and the rejection of motherhood as a burden culturally, and demographics explains a large percentage of all of this.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 06:39 PM
2

Global wage disparities gradually being closed, global education standards rising. The US was on the top of the world at the end of WW2 with much of the rest of the world devastated. Obviously we had an unnatural advantage that was bound to be closed eventually. You also have demographic collapse in Western nations and non-western places like Japan due to women not reproducing. This impedes long term growth and makes us all poorer as a result. Lastly, materialism has infected our culture to a la…

Answer the fucking question please, or GTFO. You won't because you know the answer supports my argument. You don't have the foggiest clue why productivity and wages suddenly disconnected. Your CEO argument is a joke, as is your 'education.' The world is not so complex that we need educated idiots to explain it to us.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 06:25 PM
1

You didn't answer my question, so I'll re-state it. If we banned women from working full time tomorrow, what would be the result on male labor demand and wages? Managers and CEOs are not taking a bigger cut in Europe and Japan compared to the US, yet the situation is just as dire if not worse. That explanation is inadequate to explain the phenomena. Small business growth is at all time lows too. No economist can explain the disconnect between productivity and income fully. You may have education…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 06:08 PM

Not just that, but more consumers, because women are the primary drivers of household spending. They buy clothes, furniture, want bigger/nicer houses, etc. Combined with cheaper labor, it's a win/win for big corporations and others.

Indeed I am the infamous vornash. There are many pieces of evidence that suggests this is true. One being simple satisfaction differences between men and women in marriages. Women have also declined in overall satisfaction with life since feminism was introduced into society, which confuses those who study such issues greatly. When you strip away the foundations of a society all that is left is the inherent disposability of men, which inclines them to substance abuse and suicide at much higher r…

Exactly, and what happens when you rapidly double the amount of available labor in a society, while not doubling the access to education? You get more women in college than men, because men still do dirty jobs no woman would want, and in some cases are physically disinclined to perform adequately.

Unfortunately economics is not like physics, it's not a hard science where you can strictly conduct controlled experiments (indeed some areas of even physics are difficult/impossible to experimentally prove). This is a phenomena that has spread across the world everywhere there is feminism and strong female engagement in education and work. I have explained why globalism is a poor answer to the question above. You should really study supply and demand before you go off questioning others on some…

The disconnect between real median income and producitivty growth is highly suggestive that something fundamental changed in the 1970's. Those sensible people will simply be replaced by inferior cultures that have enough sense to still reproduce. There is little to no evidence of any immigrant group except asians and europeans being integrated fully into western society, which is why Japan doesn't allow immigration for the most part. They don't feel guilty about the holocaust and racism like we are. Sad.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 04:33 PM

Not completely, but they are major factor in this, yes. Male median income has not increased since the 1970's, which coincidentally was when feminists started flooding colleges and taking jobs from men.

Not completely, but they are a major component.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 04:30 PM

We will die as a culture though, like the Roman Empire before us. They too had an immigration problem before the end that contributed to their fall as a society and culture. At the height of Rome's power about half the people in the city were slaves. And if immigrant cultures completely assimilate and accept feminist culture, they too will die soon enough. See here for more details if you are so inclined towards learning something new.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 04:28 PM
1

You've completely ignored my point. Women have no choice to reproduce, otherwise we become an extinct species, the same as you needing to work for a living. Whites are dying out because they lack reproduction, that's a fact. We are the destroyers of our own culture, not race. Immigrants largely lack the education and the cultural foundation that values higher education to replace the children that were never born in Europe, Japan, and elsewhere. Parenthood is extremely important in imparting the…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 04:08 PM

My point exactly, you speak of something for which you are completely ignorant. Women have no choice to reproduce either, otherwise the human race ceases to exist. We are all slaves to something, biology or the need for resource acquisition. The modern phenomena of women seeing motherhood as a chore is largely a cultural, feminist shift. Traditional cultures do not see this. I have sympathy for them because people don't have free will, we are slaves to our culture too.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 04:00 PM

Having a kid is at best a hobby. You're either a bad mother are not one at all, which is it? We're all instinctively aware that modern work life is a benign form of slavery, but that is really beside the point. Women want children because they are biologically inclined to do so, it is their purpose as a living entity, to reproduce, like every other form of life in this world. Except human children require more care than any other lifeform on this planet to thrive maximally.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 03:54 PM
3

Having a kid is a full time job for a woman, regardless of your work schedule. Any additional work obligations only serve to make this job much harder than it needs to be. A man has the luxury (if you can even call it that) of being almost entirely fixated on a single job.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/16 03:46 PM

I don't know for sure, I haven't really thought about it that much. It's an interesting question to ponder though. My gut tells me the answer is yes. It's at least part of the reason substance abuse is higher among married men versus women. However substance abuse and suicide is much higher for unmarried men. The core of femininity is self-sacrifice, something that has been negated by feminist culture. The inherent disposability of men is all that remains.

I think the evidence is pretty clear that women benefit more from relationships until they reproduce, then the equation becomes increasingly imbalanced out of their favor, which is why women initiate the vast majority of divorces.
