I'm not trying to prove there is a dickpass, I don't think there is one. I'm applying the exact same logic you applied to prove this woman used to pussy pass to a situation with a male and a "dick pass". You appear to agree that in my scenario the "dick pass" is not a thing and he clearly wasnt using the fact he was a male but the fact he was jewish. That invalidates your argument

I thought I already did. Lets say this whole thing went down with a man wearing a yarmulke, he got pulled over and claimed he did because of the Yarmulke. Because only woman wear the burka in islam. She said she was discriminated for her burka. Do da math. "Because only men wear the yarmulke in the Jewish Religion. He said he was discriminated against for his Yarmulke. Do da math." If a jewish guy got pulled over by a cop and said he was discriminated against because he was wearing a yarmulke I think people would agree that he was trying to use his religion to get out of it. Not his "dickpass" or whatever the male equivalent is, even though females don't wear the yarmulke.
