The issue is that he’s a compulsive liar & deceitful. Kleptomania is often something people can not control. There’s a different between wanting to “middle finger to the big boss” and “I have an illness and need help” He only cried because you caught him. He probably would have kept up with it until the stakes were higher than he could control. If he was in any right state of mind, he’d be seeking out therapy & would be apologetic to the businesses he stole from. Is he showing any remorse?

Here are a few things I’ve been doing more since I can’t do much of anything else. Reading Cooking/baking Yoga, Pilates, body pump or running Audiobooks while cleaning Piano and singing Harvard’s free online courses Getting rid of clothes that “don’t spark joy” Calling family members that I haven’t talked to in a long time Watching makeup tutorials and trying to follow along I came up with a foot care routine and am building other routines that focus on one part of the body

If you haven’t had any flirting interactions at this point, then she’s doing it for the trip. Not for you. Hands off.

As a Leo, and someone in the comedy industry— your strengths are positivity, understanding and bubbly-ness. So only tone down your sense of humor if you find that it’s rubbing people the wrong way. For new friends, focus on trying new things. I know right now is the worst time for this, but picking up some new hobbies and joining groups that are dedicated to those hobbies might help. Even striking up conversation in public with strangers might earn you a surprise new friend. Just be careful with…

A big RPW value is being a soft place to Land for your man. Emotionally nagging gets you no where. You have to genuinely listen. It can’t be about you and your wants all the time.

Some male/female friendships can work. But it’s because a line has been drawn. Once someone passes that line, I’m out. I have plenty of guy friends that don’t hit on me. Why would I spend time with the one who keeps calling me beautiful? If they like you, they can ask you out. If they harass you— cut contact.

Communicate? Tell her you like the dates she’s been planning and even give her a wink and say you like it when she’s in control.

Easy catch is an unfulfilling catch. Don’t get stuck in a routine with someone. Both of you should have your own lives so that way you both remain interesting.

How far are you from your home town? Maybe begin planning a trip or regular trips home if possible? I know right now isn’t the best time for this, but maybe you can FaceTime home more often to help emphasize that this is only temporary. And of course verbalize and make him feel appreciated for his sacrifice.

He’s likely angry at himself and could be beating himself up over carelessness. Just be open to whatever he has to say, offering a soft place to land, but not coming off as too pushy.

You need to understand where his fear is coming from: financial instability. What kind of career is he building. What is his projected annual salary going to be? Being a traditional SAHM is expensive because you’ll only have one household income. If it’s truly your goal to be a SAHM, work on having a decent savings in place for now. Maybe try to start a business that you can do from home, so that way there is less financial stress on your boyfriend when the time comes.

Same! My man is studying all day so I’ve been giving him space. Can’t wait to see him after his test & be that soft place to land (:

Obviously there isn’t enough sex if you’re writing this post. He could be depressed, stressed, or yes, maybe low T levels. Have you tried having a conversation with him about this?

Fake or not, there are many points that should inspire us here. 1. Being conscious of our man’s needs and desires. 2. Being submissive not only in the relationship, but also in the bedroom to a certain extent. 3. Taking care of yourself to remain competitive, fit, and healthy. 4. Do things that exclusive to your man, like the undies on the teddy bear. 5. Treating your man like a king.

She sounds like a lovely woman :) My own mom also took to traditional crafts like crochet, but she didn’t cook much. In fact, she gave us the freedom to cook as we wished and was always happy to get us ingredients for whatever baking projects we had lined up. Because she never learned, she encouraged my sisters and I.

Right now this is just your hamster going crazy because it’s afraid of starvation. He’s working on building his career and building a future for the two of you. This seems like a temporary situation. So if you can’t be independent too, then you’re being codependent. Work on getting yourself some hobbies so that you don’t spend all this time going off in your own head. Your hamster won’t get fed if you bite the hand that feeds it.

He said he would do anything you asked him to help with. Approach it from that angle and just ask him, “hey, you know how you said you’d help around with some chores here and there? Well, I could really use your help with....”
/r/RedPillWomen30/09/18 03:51 AM

Yes, i think thats what it is. We do maintain text conversation throughout the day. In fact, we had dinner last night to talk about where he was at. Hes down because hes not working ans hes such a worker bee. So what can I do? Do i step in to help him find something?
/r/RedPillWomen29/04/17 05:46 PM

I really hope and believe that isn't the case. He's been unemployed for a few weeks and I can tell it's taking a toll on him. I just want to help and be there for him in any way I can, but it feels like he's asking me to maybe give him some space to sort it out on his own. I trust that he wouldn't be asking for space to be with someone else.

19, in an LTR for 2 years now. It's my first LTR, and I actually discovered this subreddit before my relationship. However, even though I knew about it, I wasnt incorporating its ideals into my life. I kept hitting hurdles and kept fighting my way over them, but what was causing them in the first place was me. I slowly just started letting go of the ropes a little and letting him take hold. I started growing my hair out and doing more at home. These last few weeks- since finally incorporating TR…

Another one: Mix it up. Try different styles... Different scenarios... Different times of day. My boy friend was slowing down and I began to worry too until he told me that he wished we would do it in the mornings more often... And there you have it. Up and running.

How they handle stress is what can make or break the relationship. Temperment Has hobbies and interests Has a steady job and income Is taller than me Athletic or at least somewhat concerned about their own well being That also means no drugs, they can occasionally smoke but not around children, and healthy diet I'm not too worried about appearance because I'm attracted to what attracts me and that varies depending on the person.

Birth control free here as well. All of my sisters have been on the pill or used some medicinal method of prevention in the past, but all of them have had bad experiences. Being that we are made of the same stuff, Ive taken to the condom/Fertility awareness method as well. Also, many birth control forms contain carcinogens that can increase your chances of breast cancer for up to 10 years after discontinuing their use. Cancer already runs in my family, so I'd rather not push it.

Wow! That all sounds like a good time! Every time we find ourselves in a grocery store together, we both pick something we have never tried and give it a shot. He is not from America, so most things are new to him. He usually doesn't get off school until 9pm, so we have adventures trying to find places that are open for dinner that late on weekdays (other than Mc-D's). He loves car rides, so the more lost we get the better sometimes. He works hard (14-18hr days), so when he comes over after a lo…

Right now, I am not sure. I have had a few ideas, but by Christmas we will have only been together for 2 months. I dont know how much to spend on him since the relationship is still so new. The other day, we walked around a store together and he stopped to look at different things (his way of telling me?). He has been needing sandals and more jackets, and he liked the power drills they had. I am not sure :/ So any advice would be much apprexiated(:

Used to work at Dominos. On several occasions, we were stoked to see a request for writing on the box. Now I am at another pizzeria. Last month, someone wanted a very elaborate dinosaur drawn on the box. Artsy Pizza Gifts FTW

I'm not sure how accurate this is, to be honest. I took the test with a friend four months ago, and it determined that I was ENTJ. I took it again, after a certain curiosity hit me two weeks ago and got INFJ. I just took it again and got ESTJ. I must be too adaptable or crazy? I'm not sure.

Thanks so much for this! I am a few years younger than you, but am out of school. I've been frequenting this sub for posts exactly like this. I have found everything here very helpful, as well as inspirational. So thanks again, and I think its so admirable that you know so much.

Number 3 is a big one. You can always try asking him if he learned anything new or cool at work, and pretty soon he'll start to realize that he has been improving. Being genuinely interested in his work will be encouraging, too.

1) I'd like to practice my piano playing more, so at least 30 minutes, if not an hour of music a day. 2) Make an effort to be active every day. Lately, I've been doing Pilates, yoga and running, but not every day. So I need to create a routine that will allow me to healthily partake in these things.

In response to the infrequent sex due to housing partners, you should try to communicate that you'd like the house to yourself for a few hours a few times a week. Maybe brainstorm ideas of how to get them out of the house like getting them concert tickets or running errands.

Agreed. When adding the pity play she's making herself the victim and putting blame on her son. She should have left him out of her apology and just openly admitted she was wrong.
