The supply to demand ratios for sexual opportunities with men vs sexual opportunities with women are conspicuously incongruent. Women’s sacred role of choosing whom to give sexual opportunities to has shaped our species from the beginning. Women have what men want and women decide which men are worthy of it. To try and erase the reality of that to make a small minority of women feel better about being promiscuous (or for any reason) devalues the miracle of women as well as sex itself.

That's real life for me. I was just asking what I should do in my situation.

But what if the qualities she sees in you are directly tied to what makes you a unique individual? Like, what if she actually loves you for who you are and then you get married and you stay that way for the rest of your lives? No one can steal her from you by being more like you than you are.

It’s called growing up and realizing the right person for you might not check all your fetish boxes.

It kind of made me sad for people of European descent because it suggests that being interested in their ancestry or cultural heritage can be automatically seen as creepy or racist.

I don't care one bit what you think about my comment that has 20 net upvotes on a post that's been deleted since yesterday. You're clearly in the minority here and when I say you completely misunderstood my point, that's not hyperbole. You don't even seem to understand that I was tactfully disagreeing with the OP. You're doing unhinged mental gymnastics to fight with me when I agree with your general (subjective) assertion that too many women care too much about height. You're projecting the OP'…

You must’ve stopped reading right there and totally skipped my follow-up comment because you totally missed my point. I’m a very short dude myself who has been pretty successful with women but also been shot down more times than I could count. I’ve also ignored cute girls who were into me because I had oneitis for ones who wouldn’t date me no matter what because of my height. Don’t preach to me about the struggle. I’m in the choir.

I was mostly just sharing (mostly) objective analysis, but if I had a point it would be that there’s someone for everyone, mostly because so many women are on the shorter end of the spectrum. Any decent guy, even if they’re short, can pretty easily find a good woman for a LTR if that’s what they’re after. If they want to be a big time player OTOH and have the hottest girls chasing them...they better be rich and/or charismatic af. They don’t have conspicuous dominance built in, so they have to re…

People’s anecdotes and generalizations tend to skew towards the fringes on this topic because we tend to surround ourselves with like-minded people. Studies seem to suggest that only about 50% of women would only date men taller than them no matter what. The majority of the remainder want a guy at least the same height or not much shorter, and a very small minority want shorter men specifically. Women in general are socially conditioned to seek safety and comfort in men because our society makes…

You certainly won’t find what you’re looking for here; this post will most likely be deleted soon because it’s against the rules. Aside from that, you come across as desperately lonely, way too preoccupied with your “beta” status, hateful, and no fun whatsoever. Do you have anything fun or interesting to offer that would make a complete stranger feel like associating with you? You say you don’t like most women, you hate 99% of people and you seem to think they’re all the problem. Can you blame p…

My point was that OP seems to have a major problem with anyone offering advice on game/seduction, as if interpersonal skills aren’t a thing when it comes to romance. Then OP goes on to offer their own advice, which is essentially “skate better”. There’s a lot of good wisdom out there and none of it that I’ve seen encourages men to pursue women who genuinely aren’t interested, nor does it teach that men are entitled to women’s bodies.

I agree that misogyny is a huge game killer, but beyond the first paragraph I don’t follow your argument. To note of the quality of a person’s character is not misogyny. Most advice I’ve seen encourages guys to hold frame above all and recommends shooting your shot and then moving on the moment she seems genuinely uninterested in you. They say to keep an abundance mentality and move on. Who is teaching guys they’re entitled to anyone’s genitals? Do you have any example of the advice you’re criti…

Many women like the beefy/dad bod look as long as you have muscle under your fat. The majority don’t seem to mind a guy being a little chubby if he carries it well (chest bigger than waist). OTOH, if you look pregnant, are very obese, and/or straight up out of shape, that can hurt your chances. In that case I’d recommend examining your diet and exercising for your own health, happiness, and longevity. More women finding you attractive would be a bonus.

I really admire your ability to understand where this stuff is coming from and have some kind of empathy while still having strong boundaries for yourself. The edit surprised me, because while imagining such things is extremely inappropriate and taboo of him, nothing you described constitutes a criminal act.

Your old friends were immature and materialistic. If you’re happy and he’s happy, that’s all that matters. HVM come in all sizes. Women who are taller than their man are feminine too. They’re valid women and it’s admirable that they value the man they love over the views of judgmental strangers or “friends”. It’s impossible to know how much of the preference of some women to be significantly smaller than their man is instinct vs societal norms and wanting to be “picture perfect”. As for the argu…

I think it’s worth doing it for the practice but taking it too seriously at that stage in life can drive you insane. Don’t cop out but also don’t get lost in the sauce.

If I had started dating an 18 year old who told me she was a virgin I’d think she has lower libido or was saying what she thought I wanted to hear. Both are deal breakers for me personally. That said, many men would prefer to marry a virgin and might have a more chill sex drive themselves. The right man for you is out there but your mom is right that you’re weeding out the vast majority of them. Just keep doing what you feel is right.

That’s not true. There are new fairness and equal opportunity advisor roles being created in this country every day just for people like her.
