He's been in jail since September. The prosecutor has no showed for court. She tried to talk to him without his attorney we don't have the best attorney couldn't afford much. Its still better than none. He finally got a male judge that seems to be rational. We are trying to contest evidence the prosecutor said that the officer that took his DNA is unavailable as a witness. The guy took his DNA outside in a McDonald's parking lot no gloves. There is a lot of issues with chain of custody. The popu…

WTF!!!! I am the mother of 2 amazing boys! They hold doors open, they will give up their seat for someone. They are kind caring empathetic generous human beings. I fear for them because of trash like this. It's okay for an adult female teacher to rape boys but if it's the other way around oh my God burn him at the stake. Want revenge on a man accuse him of rape. He gets locked in a cage his reputation and career financial well-being is shredded to hell. The female false accuser nothing happens t…

I am glad that you had a good outcome. My son is going through something similar. His ex claimed abuse and rape. She kept the money the car everything. He had started standing up for himself. She was so controlling that I was unable to take him shopping for his birthday with out her. He could not come to family gatherings. He gave up school and everything for her. I definitely feel responsible because I could see what he could not. She is an adult woman who works and goes to school thanks to my …

It is very financially motivated. Prisons and jails are owned by corporations they formed a lobby group Alex and they actually make laws hand it to the legislature that is in their pocket and poof no parole longer minimum sentences. The companies that provide food and supplies are part of this too. We have more people in jails and Prisons than any other country. Prosecutor's are protected when they break laws withholding evidence fabricating evidence etc.. people think this is rare but it is not…

Wow! Very thoughtful and thorough. I appreciate that you mentioned the real women who fought for our rights. We are killing our sons. We need to appreciate and love them too. Fyi if I guy attempts to kiss you with out asking permission it is not sexual assault. You turned him down and no further advanced, this world has gone crazy . Over 90% of the men on the registry were put there as kids for childhood behavior. I could go on but I am tired of trying to educate people on issues that they don't…

I have 2 sons and it is terrifying our boys have a better chance of being labeled sex offenders than actual sex offense crimes. The number of people on the registry were put there as kids usually for non sex abuse. They are never able to get off it. Let's say he was 12 when put on the registry for the you show me yours and I will show you mine situation and at 18 gets a DUI they will add 15 to 20 years of registry for some thing completely unrelated. Unfortunately politically motivated media pro…

I'm the mother of 2 sons and I've tried to teach them that they are as important as every one else. I've also tried to teach them to protect themselves from women. You sound like a good kid. Trust your instincts and conscience always. Remember that you are an important part of the world too and you deserve to be loved and respected.

I'm not surprised at this at all. I wonder why more people are not speaking out about this. I guess it doesn't matter if we destroy a life as long as it is a male. Im a female I've seen women do horrible harm to a man because she wanted revenge.

I promise you that we are not all like this. I am a mother of 2 amazing boys. I truly abhor the culture against men. Women can be cunning and vindictive. They claim to want equality for all but that's not what is happening our boys are being criminalized for existing. Allegations being made because a boy tried to kiss a girl with out permission l had no idea that equated to sexual assault. We claim that we are treated as less and then cry weak victim when we don't get our way. Proven cases of fa…

There are scientific studies that show the prevalence of false accusations in custody cases. These studies were conducted by real psychiatrist with no connection to law enforcement that had concerns about false allegations and poor forensic questioning methods. There was a case in Australia where a girl made up false allegations against her boyfriend so she could get the house and money. Definitely hire a private investigator. Record everything. I find it awful when good fathers are taken from t…

There is a saying Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned! I do not mean this as an insult just an observation. Women are more cunning and devious than men. They will use their wicked brains to get back at a man they feel wronged them.

I'm a woman with sons. I believe we have forgotten about our boys. One upon a time ago domestic violence and sexual assault were not taken seriously but the pendulum has swung way too far. Investigators and medical personnel social workers are tought to believe the victim. Aren't they an accuser until accusations are proven? Dna labs are given samples saying perpetrator and victim confirmation bias anyone. Not only that they are paid by conviction so are so called forensic interviewers. Dna is h…

He absolutely deserves compensation and she should pay it. Along with over zealous prosecutor's and the police for not investing.

I'm sorry that you want through this. I am happy that you were cleared. My son is going through this from a crazy ex. I am unable to bail him out and didn't have money for a good attorney. The prosecutor is the devil. We finally received the discovery and the dna report is a joke. I have a lab back and am aware of the fallibility of dna. Most people are not aware of this. We are trying to get an evidentiary hearing the prosecutor said that she would not be able to refute most of the concerns pre…

I am a woman, but I have sons so I understand what women are capable of. I know 4 women who lied about being on birth control/ unable to reproduce. I have always told sons to protect themselves regardless of what the woman tells them. This recently happened to a friend of mine that is quite successful. Said that she could not become pregnant and 1 month later oops! She moved out of her husband's house and she and her children moved in with him. She talked him into buying a new house with her nam…
