First of all, it would help USA economy if prostitution was legal. Legal means getting bunch of laws covered, for example, women must do proper gynecological examination few times a year, so it would reduce STD'S. Second benefit for the society is the taxes government would get and reducing gray economy, woman slavery and kidnaping.
