I did and do all of these steps for years now. There is one downside though that you need te be dangerously aware of. As you get better the world get's worse. Almost everyone you meet will become extremely dull.

5 No dates after the second date. Really? If you meet wife/ltr material i think this is kind of ridiculous. It can be fun and healthy to postpone sex if you really wan't more out of it then just sex. And high quality woman who put out after the 3rd date are well...not high quality woman.

g point of something larger. Movies are the storytelling of the 20th and 21st centuries. The tales told shape our world view. How other nations viewed our fi Because Plato even said it thousands of years ago..."If an man listens to the wrong type of music and loves the wrong type of art long enough. Eventually he will become the wrong type of man"

Don't be needy! Can't we just put that in the header as #1 rule or something?

Welcome to adult life. about 75% of the world has an IQ lower then 100. I'ts not just your family...it's nearly everybody. But this does not mean that you should be hung up about this. There is a lot more of what makes people people then political ideologies. Conserve your energy for people who are more inclined to logical and critical thinking. Also just have realistic expectations for interacting with people...You think an zookeeper comes home to his wive and says "Man these mokeys.. i keep sc…

Nice! yea i sounds very similar. But i became an vegetarian for the most part so instead of chicken i use mycoprotein.('mushroom fungus') and lentils/other beans. I avoid soy like the bubonic plague though.

Eat every 2 hours.. I was like an constant calculating machine. Every time i wen't over to an friends house i would think "How long is the journey? when did i last ate? Where along the way can i stop for food?" It consumed me. But now i save a lot of time by meal prepping, Every sunday morning i make 14 meals for the week that i freeze. I became really good at it so it takes me about 1,5 hours (pro tip, get a rice cooker). Also peanut/almond butter! One meal that really helps me out is to cut up…

I have. But i am 210 now and when i was 220+ My entire life revolved around eating. Eating at least 4000kcal a day from clean food is no joke. And combining it with an fulltime job seems impossible I prep my meals now and got an home-gym and i'm slowly gaining. Hope to be an lean 220 again by next summer. But 260 seems freakish to me. I also really don't like the aesthetics of muscular guys with an bmi way above 25. I think 220 is the best look for me.

I'm 6'6 and i was an complete lanklet at 160lbs unitl i was 21. I started lifting a little bit until 22 and i got to something of 180lbs. but i fell off after that One year when i was 25 i really toke my diet and training serious and i bulked up to 220lbs. My interaction with people in general was like night and day. For example girls behind the counter were flirting with me(never ever ever happened before!, i was in complete shock). Girls we're lauging at all really stupid jokes(they used to be…

A modern liberal? No. A way of viewing the right/left dichotomy is on the right hand you have free interaction and personal freedoms versus the left where you have coercive interaction. I do not think that any alpha is comfortable with holding his hand up and forcing the government to give him free stuff that is taken away from other people.

I am reading it right now(in Dutch though) Nietzsche is the most nuanced thinker there is. And so terribly relevant right now. We are at an pinnacle. Will we overcome our self or will we become 'the last men'

Hold up.. Your 30 and in an relationship with someone an decade younger? I am 28 and i cannot imagine being in an relationship with someon who is 3 years younger because that person could not satisfy all my needs in an relationship. I am much more interested in why you see an 20yo girl as an valid partner when you yourself are 30.

Do you think your special unicorn who's loyal and supportive will remain as such when you tell her that you've just been laid off and the two of you will have to curtail your standard of living by half for the foreseeable future? Or what if you get into a car accident that leaves you paralyzed from the neck down? You think your kids are going to show up at the hospital every single day to wipe your ass and make sure you're not suffering alone? I really don't nor would i wan't them to in these ex…

To provide an stable environment in which you can create an new life. Teach it and watch it grow. I never believed that we humans differ all that much. I mean this is an desire that mostly comes from my reptilian brain. I cannot imagine that there are men and woman that do not feel this at all on an subconscious level

It's not about that moment. It is the road that that needs to be taken to get there. To create an new life, teach it and watch it grow in our age one of the most amazing times to be human and alive. Look at TRP alone and see what an deep well of knowledge it is. Never before have we had so much knowledge so easily available to us. Maybe i read to much Nietzsche but i truly believe that our children and grandchildren might be able to do amazing things. And trying to become the father not only fig…

I get that it is finding a way of meaning that is not solely concerning yourself. But having children at your deathbed is not something outside myself that i cannot 'find'

A shitty reason to have kids? Man, really think about what you are saying here. This is the way us humans have operated for 100 of thousands of years. How warped and degenerated society has made us in just 1-2 generation timespan to make us view that as an ‘shitty reason to have kids’ You prefer the nurturing theet of the state over family?

we have over population anyway. That mindset always pisses me off. If you have deferral of gratification to the extend that you can perceive that to many people on the planet is a problem. Then you should not have 0 kids...You should have 10.

Yes! thank you. But if you're young and you want to do it I say go for it. You only live once. But know going it that you're wagering a helluva lot. If you do it right it's kind of like betting your whole net worth & then some on a hand of poker. So you better make sure you've got a damn strong hand. No sluts, no girls from broken homes, no gold diggers. Should this not be the emphasis of TRP? Making sure you are the highest SMV you can possibly be. And then finding an girl who is the best partn…

My point is that TRP seems to be putting a lot of emphasis on plating. And virtually no emphasis on LTR and becoming an good father. This seems dangerous to me, Yes you can have an awesome life without LTR and kids. And there have been many brilliant historical figures who led these awesome lives. But let's be honest 99% of us are not that exceptional. And it feels like TRP is setting men up to miss out on what will probably be their most important and fulfilling journey they can have in life. I…

f her later then you are a "nice-guy", white knight beta scum. If you protect a woman because you are genuinely concerned for a strangers well-being and have properly accessed that that person is in danged (lets say being attacked by a thief) then that action does not make you a white knight, it makes you a strong human being, a male role model from way back, before all this bullshit and liberalization has started. I know I am bouncing between topics here, but the truth is your simple question h…

n't screw you over? AWALT remember. Yes there are marriages out there that work, but are you willing to take the risk? Yes. Ofcourse i would. It's like all the men here are training to become good hunters. And after they learned all the hunting skills they say "What? you really want to hunt and kill an wild animal for food? Don't you know that's dangerous?" Yea it is f*cking dangerous. Isn't that why we are constantly improving ourselves?

hat you are talking about is a reason for existence. This is a big question since existence itself became so pointless when our biological hard wiring, the stuff we actually feel urge to do, became basically granted. You're bugging a lot about the subject because it is driving you to contemplate your own mortality. Now, your solution to it is the very core of the matrix and the blue pill, it is the belief that you'll only be "truly" fulfilled with a woman, and by raising offspring. That simply i…

Yes i agree, But it is so easy to find multiple posts about plating. And i can almost see no posts about the value of marriage and children. Should TRP not put more emphasis on this?

utely nothing of what you claim. The fact that you are asking basic questions discussed in the subtext of the sidebar shows that you have failed to internalize the material properly. Men who are as successful as you claim to be do not ask questions of this nature. They are too busy living their lives and constantly working to improve the I am constantly improving. I would describe myself as being in constant flux. Yet here i am. Asking this question.

Thank you, But is it not weird that when i open TRP i can see post upon post talking about why you should plate. And almost none on starting families and being good fathers?
/r/askTRP14/12/17 10:59 AM

I did read the sidebar. I read 48 laws of power, Way of men and almost everything of every ancient philosopher. So when are you going to start? I was an weeb at 21 and i am now almost 29 and CTO of my own company i build. Wen't from 160 pounds to a hard 220 pounds at 6'6 and i read 1-2 hours a day religiously and learned multiple instruments...I started. My question is about emphasis. It seems like the value of starting an family is not loudly propagated.
/r/askTRP14/12/17 10:45 AM

Well. Isn't TRP about becoming high value and thus finding an high value woman. I mean you do know there are such things as marriages out there that do actually work right?

Well there is your problem. If someone would look at me confused and sad. I would look at them awkwardly or look away. And what you are saying is bullshit. Try this: Walk into the room and visualize that you are like 7ft tall and got a dick the size of cucumber and pretend your really smuck about it. You will not look sad if you visualize this. If you are like "Omg why are people looking at me weird! What is wrong with me!" Then guess what...you are gonna have a sad expression. Or try something …

I had a girlfriend once long time ago..(she was kind of crazy) She told me: "People in the streets always look at me funny!" I say: "Bullshit" She: "It is so! i can prove it. Walk with me!" Me: "Ok" So we are walking and i notice that she is making really intimidating eye contact with everyone walking on the street. And people are looking back at her like "Wtf are you looking at b*tch?" What the hell is wrong with you? "She once got mad and threw hot coffee at me while I was driving." I would have stopped the car. Dragged her out and never called her again. All of this is on you as well. "She tried choking me outside of the doctor office when I called her daughter a mistake " Like WTF?? why do you let crazy people like that in to your life? "And I've learned now that if she has a mental illness" Ow wow sherlock! Great perception you got there.

Yes, This also used to be the case. If you condense goverment down to the core it is managing 'property rights' If you have no property of you are not submitted to the draft.. You have no stake in the game. You don't own shit? You don't have to die on some godforsaken beach when your government fucks up? You shouldn't be able to vote.
