2	My Landlady Hates Me Because I'm A MGTOW You see for me it's the opposite. In 5 years I brought in no weird people, no random extended stay, only use one parking, fix the small stuff that breaks. Have a 2 bedrooms but only use one, therefor less repairing for her later. I have my flowers outside on the balcony and change them once or twice a year. Being alone also means no shouting, arguments, kids crying. In the end last year she reduced my bill, lowered some fees on random stuff.
