34m accused of molesting daughter by wife 35fYeah. I think the best option for him would be to give her terms in the divorce that she can't resist so she doesn't fight him for the business. She keeps the house and a bunch of other stuff. He leaves and she can go on her way. | /r/MensRights | 12/03/24 02:32 PM
34m accused of molesting daughter by wife 35fStrictly being married on paper would give her the right to divorce at any time taking his business any time she wants. Better to cut your losses now. I wouldn't put anything past this woman and possibly any other man she meets. She might be ok with it but she meets a man she wants to marry and then they figure it's a good time to screw your business and make money off of you. | /r/MensRights | 12/03/24 02:27 PM
34m accused of molesting daughter by wife 35fI am thinking of divorce, but if I do the ownership structure of my company will change and the company will crash due to it being financed by venture capital... You need a divorce. You could be in jail if from some other false accusations she makes. Obviously, seek legal help, but I would rather be homeless and broke than deal with the situation you are in. There are few situations I recommend divorce in but this is one. Even infidelity is more forgivable on its own than this. | /r/MensRights | 12/03/24 01:20 PM
Does anyone here ask their girlfriend or potential girlfriend about who they have slept with?NEVER accept a woman with a high body count for a long term potential relationship. I think it depends on when though. Example: You are in your 30s and the count is high from college. Now it's lower. Maybe a last ten year count makes more sense. | /r/MensRights | 20/02/24 11:48 AM
Girlfriend says she will want to keep the baby if she accidentally gets pregnant. I'm worried. Should I break up?She's being honest with you. Another woman might not be honest and keep the baby anyway. You never know what someone might do or how they will feel in that situation. | /r/MensRights | 15/01/24 09:53 AM
