That might have been the case in the 50s, but do you really think a business that refused to serve blacks would stay open today? Do you seriously believe such a business would be successful? I actually do think it should be legal. If you own a restaurant, you should be allowed to deny service to anyone you please. Just like if I refused to let a certain race into my home, I own the place, I can set the rules. What would happen, though, is that nobody would eat at that restaurant and it would go out of business. That's the free market at work.

That's completely different, Saint's Row doesn't have a serious story like GTA does. Imagine if they allowed you to play as a female in GTA4, they would have to completely change Niko's backstory, motivation, etc. It would be a lot of work and it wouldn't be worth it.

In a game with scripted events and cinematics, would it really be that easy to let the character pick their sex? How would that even work in GTA5? One of the three protagonists is a man with kids. You can get people to sign anything when you purposely use outdated or overly technical terms. The old "dihydrogen monoxide" hoax is a perfect example of this. Not only that, but we have no idea how many people knew what suffrage means and refused to sign the petition. I really don't know what he's trying to prove with this. To be fair, the complaint isn't that Obama called her good looking, it's that he brought her looks into it at all. As far as I'm concerned, it's a non-issue since Harris seems to be fine with it. That said, the president should know that these issues are landmines are are best avoided entirely. Sadly, this is modern America.
