-5	This girl gets it. The point of ladies night is to attract women so that men can flirt with them. On normal nights there'll usually be more men than women so this is supposed to be an opportunity for men to hook up with someone. Men don't complain, women don't complain. Your example is flawed since there isn't much physical and social differences between whites and non whites other than skin colour.
