Didn't realize we were going to be arguing semantics here but marriages are fewer and farther between now. Marriage rates dropping indicates more unmarried women. More unmarried women means more weren't able to cash in their looks when they were young (presumably) because they were too busy on the carousel. Many women are being supported artificially through government intervention, AKA alimony/child support.

What they favored was men who were middle and bottom tier

I explained in the edit what I was trying to get at, maybe I worded it poorly. As to your last part- which means more to you: the trophy you got for the game that you never tried to be good and everyone else was just bad or the one that you worked your ass off for? A girl is going to be so happy she finally got you that she won't care that you changed your mind.

Just from observations on how relationship dynamics have changed, you can see that once men are able to have sex outside of a relationship they are less likely to want to commit. 100 years ago you had to put a ring on it. I was never asking about whether or not to test women what I was asking was if this new dynamic itself was a sort of test (shit tests being subconscious). If a woman's fidelity is up in the air, wouldn't that be something to try to figure out?

True, but not what I was trying to get at

All sex, be it sex with you, sex with Chad, sex with Brad, or sex with Thad, is literally meaningless and no big deal to women because, quite simply, sex is orders of magnitude easier to obtain for women than it is with men. "That which we obtain too easily we esteem too lightly"

"Heuristics" might have been a better term. These are mental shortcuts that people use to simplify the world around them. Great post btw

That would be like a plate calling herself your girlfriend even though you both know that you aren't exclusive. She hasn't earned it. It changes expectations. Girls do this thing where they try to get a label on something and once they do, it will either make it so or it will hurt her when it doesn't even though "you both knew what it really was".

Yeah definitely. It wasn't obvious we were together or anything. I just found the situation interesting looking back, especially how she was all over me trying to win my approval after. It's not like I was bothered and keeping my mouth shut, I really didn't care and I think she sensed this.

Before I found this sub I came across #5. I was pretty blue pill about half the time and solid red the other half. Anyways, this girl and I were on and off a bit but we were dating again. It was a group setting. Dude was being super obvious and I genuinely just didn't give a fuck. Someone piped up that I was her boyfriend, he loses frame completely and starts apologizing. I'm like 6' and 150 lbs. so not that intimidating but he's bowing his head and trying to shake my hand. She brought this up a…

That's great and all but you sound a little too eager to be alienating people.

Why does your sister behaving like the vast majority of western women come as a surprise to you? You seem like you are still in the anger phase. Not sure what to tell you other than you probably shouldn't be asking people on the internet if you should cut ties with family members.

When I came to that conclusion I was thinking more along the lines of 'what decides who is the alpha male of the group?' It is true that he doesn't care, but not caring isn't what decides it, its the fact that other people seek his approval.

That would be the baseline. Any person considered alpha has that in common. It is not instructions on how to be alpha, but the core concept. In this way "alpha" is also relative. Not sure how what I said goes against either of those articles.

I think this is great. For those wondering if it was a joke- are women more attracted to the stoic guy or the fun/exciting one? For college aged guys I can definitely see this working.

Just wanted to add that people tend to learn things the wrong ways. An example would be the guitar student who plays the same things over and over. He might get really good at a few cool sounding bits but can't do much of anything else. What you want to do to maximize the time you put in is to change what you are doing. Try doing approaches on different types of girls/in different places/different times of day/in different ways. You will get better much quicker.

30k and growing. And keep in mind that many people who read TRP do not want to have it connected to them. They either don't subscribe or they do it on a throwaway.

Not really a shit test. Hopefully a vet will answer, but I would think your best bet would be friendly/social (like they aren't any competition for you). If she wants to go to a bar with them I would think the best move would be to tell her have fun. Saying you don't want to go and then letting yourself get dragged is not going to make you look good. Edit- Also, post stuff like this in /r/asktrp next time
/r/TheRedPill29/12/13 02:45 AM

They are out there and a minority and what they do attracts women so you might have to compete a bit. Also, I liked how this post put things in perspective- http://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/1esxf0/an_anonymous_letter_from_a_mom_one_of_the_best/

Disagree. This thinking is why some women become extremely possessive and manipulative.
