1	looking for a mentor, desperate and depressed Anti anxiety meds = benzodiazepines. Right? And benzos are referred as xanax or valium. So therefore when I say do not take anxiety meds the majority of people will know I am talking about xanax and valium. If I was trying to be broad I wouldve said "dont take meds at all."
