Yeah this article isn’t against men it’s criticizing women for having a literal list of demands when it comes to dating, and why that’s ridiculous. If anything it sounds like it’s telling women to get away from all the buzzwords and icks and find someone who has a personality they like

Honestly if this wasn’t through the lens of toxic masculinity this wouldn’t even be a bad thing. A class for men to come together and form friendships and focus on male mental health sounds like something this sub argues for all the time.

Your cousin came to you called you and everyone like you a rapist, then got mad when you said you weren’t a rapist and most people like you aren’t rapists? Pretty sure that’s the same kind of generalization racists use

I mean legitimately if one gender is saying they’re having issues and the other side refuses to even acknowledge that these issues exist and even going so far as to say these issues don’t exist AND you’re actually privileged and don’t have to work to get what you have, then why would you try to meet them in the middle even if you acknowledge that they have their own problems facing them just from being a certain gender? Like straight up it makes no sense to ask to have a middle ground here when …

The whole point of the post is that he doesn’t feel like he has a safe space away from women to vent because women are shitting on him when he does? I also don’t think you can take a lot of statistics at face value on these issues because you can report cat calling to the police but some asshole on Twitter saying kill all men isn’t even punished by the platform. Not to mention the underreporting of sexual crimes committed against men because some people don’t even believe men can be raped or ass…

Turns out letting a 5 year old have unfettered access to the entire internet has negative consequences. Who knew.

I don’t really even think it’s anti women at the core as much as a pro men thing especially in this era where there essentially aren’t pro men groups who talk about the things that men are disparaged in like the fact that men are more likely to be murdered, die younger, or less likely to attend college. There are 2.5 million more women than men in college across the usa now but there’s still a push for women in higher education. When I was in high school I really cared too much about girls, and …

I actually think it’s because a lot of them are more willing to self diagnose themselves with some sort of mental illness. While an actual study will say only 20% of females have a mental illness more will claim having a mental illness in order to avoid dealing with things. This could be an issue that crosses genders but men usually don’t claim mental illness as this is seen as weak or unmanly so many males who could possibly have a mental illness or have been diagnosed with a mental illness wou…
