| 8 | Blocking gets much easier the more you do it. When you start blocking, instead of engaging, at the first sign of disrespect, it starts to feel goodAbsolutely! As I look back on previous interactions, I realise there were so many times I should have just blocked instead of engaging. It's not rude.
