It's not our culture. It's in India, where actual rapists get 0 years.

Everytime. I talk to a girl in a nightclub, she says she doesn't want to talk to me and starts pushing me. Bouncer comes up and starts pushing me. Thanks.

Thirty-two percent of women reported being the perpetrators of this violence, compared with 24 percent of men. I can't believe 24% of men still attack girls (or guys I guess if they are gay). WTF?

Actually, police officers threaten women with rape in the same context all the time. They do not lose their jobs.

If she says that, I would press charges. It will teach her to be a better feminist.

I'm talking about equality though. If a woman got <10% of the guy's income it would be outrageous.

Only $4000? That is <10% of her income. Should be 50% plus the house plus child support. Bullshit.

Probably they were arguing and it got physical. She sat on him and he died. Needless to say, if a man did the same to the woman, the sentence would be much different. But the sentence was reasonable since she was charged with involuntary manslaughter. I am not saying the charge was reasonable, the SENTENCE for this kind of charge was.

...did you read the wikipedia article? They had to kiss so they could stay in the hotel. It's murky at best.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
