Thirty-two percent of women reported being the perpetrators of this violence, compared with 24 percent of men. I can't believe 24% of men still attack girls (or guys I guess if they are gay). WTF?
Probably they were arguing and it got physical. She sat on him and he died. Needless to say, if a man did the same to the woman, the sentence would be much different. But the sentence was reasonable since she was charged with involuntary manslaughter. I am not saying the charge was reasonable, the SENTENCE for this kind of charge was.
