Hey I would’ve been down for that. Would’ve gotten 11,200 in stimmy checks

The TL;DR of it is that courts recognize birth certificates as a legally binding documents, and not paternity tests.

Fortunately for the ex-dad he's got video proof.
/r/PussyPassDenied29/07/20 02:42 PM

Unfortunately that is the case in a lot of states. You can have a court sanctioned paternity test proving you aren’t, but if you signed a birth certificate the court treats that as legally binding.

I remember it. It was locked because there were some racist comments made. It wasn’t because they were men.

A “late term after birth abortion” is called murder, and no that’s not what Democrats want unless your only source of news is conservative talk radio.

The suit is alleging that the baby was born alive and she killed it, which contradicts her story that the baby was a stillborn.

You don’t even understand what basic physics are, so there’s no point arguing with someone that can’t stop gobbling cop cock. Make sure to palm those 5-0 balls.

Her arm appears to go forward because the cop is shoving her 10ft in the opposite direction on top of her pointing. From the vantage point you can’t know 100% that her arm is going back. I don’t give a shit about the woman getting shoved. She tried to go somewhere she wasn’t supposed to go. But trying to say she assaulted him is disingenuous.

She doesn’t try to assault him. She’s pointing while saying I’m going this way. Still not allowed past the line, but assault is really stretching it.

I’m curious what her lawyers are trying to accomplish. It’s a pretty clear treason charge if she returns unless she was taken against her will, which doesn’t seem to be the case.

This case is different. In this one he lost the right to sue for damages, but successfully argued that the company fucked up. He also willingly supports the child. The court didn’t order him to support the child. Where’s the one you mentioned?
/r/MensRights11/02/19 05:56 PM

One area that gets ignored is how the courts apply the law. Child support laws are set up in such a way that it ignores a lot of the issues presented in that write up because it’s simply looking at who’s name is on a birth certificate. Those laws need to be changed or modernized to reflect new legal concerns like those brought up in the article. In the meantime, telling guys to remain in control of their bodily fluids is a a good general rule of thumb, but in order to truly fix the problem those…

While true, the overall point is still sound. Children need good role models (both male and female) to have the best shot at normalcy.

So glad all the charges were dropped. Now if only they would prosecute the girls who lied.

I think the only good to come out of this mess is that people on both sides of the issue are sharing their stories with everyone. Not in an accusatory way, but in a we have more in common than we thought way.

I would appreciate this account and consider it far more credible if it wasn't coming from a brand new account. I'm sorry but reddit has made me far too cynical when it comes to new users. Its a shame that the military's policy is to handle justice for this type of thing "in house". If it was handled with proper due process her claim wouldn't hold water and you wouldn't have any discipline against you.

I've never given a thought to it, and my wife told me how she is constantly thinking about it. To that point I give the thought credit. the rest of it, not so much.

Wow you are dumb. I have seen some idiots on Reddit, but god damn you take the cake. I never advocated for brandishing/pulling a gun as a deterrent. Watching you backpedal by talking about motivation now in a sad attempt to try to REEE you way out is good. I welcome your metal gymnastics to show where I said someone should pull a gun as a deterrent. But try anyways because now that I know you are retarded it’s entertaining to see your autistic screeching responses.

It's easy to think that way when you ignore other people and what they say. My point has always been using pepper spray doesn't seem like the grave imminent threat to life that would justify killing someone over. By extension, a fistfight, is also not justification. Batons? Perhaps, but in this instance I still say no. The two people I see brandishing batons never use them, and they actually motion for people to walk away with them to leave the immediate area. In my opinion that still is not a j…

Making simplistic statements shows you have a simple mind. If you want to throw stones in your glass house and REEEEE about dont expect me to care about your whining cunt.

Why the fuck are you arguing with me about something I never said. I actually said, "I didn’t say anything about showing a firearm as a deterrent." Yet you continue to argue with me as if that's my position. It's not.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/02/18 11:24 AM

That’s not what you said. You said “People who are proud of what they're doing don't wear masks. “ That incredibly simplistic worldview is just as bad as pepper spraying somebody you don’t like. Its rarely that black and white.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/02/18 08:53 AM

It’s not a debate. You are angrily called me names and expected me to accept your position. I won’t. Just move along.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/02/18 01:36 AM

No I did, but you aren’t reading what I say, just calling me retarded, and now I see that anger that you’ve got complete control over too. 👍

Oh I was talking to someone else who said that’s what they would do.

What are you talking about?
/r/PussyPassDenied13/02/18 12:13 AM

The point is I don’t see the grave imminent threat posed by pepper spray.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/02/18 12:11 AM

So you teach your students to draw a weapon on someone that uses a non lethal means on them? That just doesn’t seem like grave imminent danger to me, but you’re the expert.

That’s ludicrous considering the very definition of rage is uncontrollable anger yet you say you are fully in control. Just understand that when you sucker punch someone that’s assault(which is no different than what those other people did with pepper spray). I hope in the future you don’t sucker punch someone that happens to conceal carry doesn’t use that justifiable self defense. Or you can act as an adult and walk away from dangerous situations rather further escalate it.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 11:56 PM

No what you wrote was incredibly simplistic and retarded. Plenty of people wear masks and are proud of themselves and their work, but dumbing shit down is something I’m used to seeing from idiots like you.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 11:50 PM

How so? You’re talking about using lethal force to combat non-lethal force. I questioned why the justification to use deadly force. You claimed your background in law enforcement made your opinion more valid. I then questioned how valid it could be if you have rage issues, carry a gun, and says things like they are lucky and you would sucker punch them. The guy that got injured to the point of bleeding was the guy that chased after people who ran away. The wiser course of action would be to remo…

Yeah the guy with the USA jacket that chases after the pepper sprayers after they run away.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 09:03 PM

That’s not the definition or rage. Look up the definition, especially the part about uncontrollable anger. Now throw a gun into that mix. That’s a recipe for disaster waiting to happen.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 07:58 PM

Like the guy in the USA coat that ended up with a head wound?
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 07:57 PM

Are you talking about the guy in the USA jacket that chased after them as they ran away? They could just as easily justify “self defense when they ran away, but got chased.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 07:52 PM

And your self described “rage issues”. Can’t say I’m surprised though.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 07:49 PM

There is a difference between brandishing a gun/pulling a gun, and “getting shot”. I was responding to the comment that they would be shot. I didn’t say anything about showing a firearm as a deterrent.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 07:47 PM

Pepper spray is a non-lethal option. Answering with a gun is an escalation of force that every conceal carry instructor teaches against.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/18 07:14 PM

Tell that to a welder so he can laugh in your maskless face.

Detectives collect evidence from all relevant sources, but most important is physical evidence because witnesses can lie. In this case, the girl gave an initial statement. Enough to arrest the young men and have them arraigned. They give initial statements, and then the detectives investigate their claims. For this charge, the young men didn't deny the sex, but claimed that it was consensual. This is where the texts become important along with the video footage. Do either or both substantiate th…

That's why I said there is no point in having a UN if different areas make up different laws.
/r/MensRights30/09/15 07:17 PM

Then there's no point in having a United Nations in the first place. If different areas have different sets of rules that other areas don't have to follow. You could call all those different areas "countries" and all those different rules "laws".
