While I think there are a lot of areas where algorithmic assessment can improve human society (Daniel Kahneman's book Thinking, Fast and Slow goes into a lot of detail about this in hiring processes, for example), this woman's methodology strikes me as more delusional than grounded. Once you understand reality you can take positive steps forward into understanding how to achieve your goals in life e.g. self-improvement.
