1	How can I be more polarizing and lead a more attractive lifestyle? I think for me the key to that type of behavior is testosterone. When I was younger I had lower testosterone than I should have, so I started looking at studies to see what things they did to raise their free test levels. So I started doing squats and deadlifts to begin, then changed my diet, after that the attitude came with it.
